These radios survive Canada's remote North, I've installed two of these AP's for a client and they are super happy and still operating for 15 months, and winter months at -50 Celsius. Great video.
So quick question.. So is it a must that i must have 2 CPEs.. Cant i just connect my cable to a router i already have and then connect that cable to my CPE and extend my WIFI??
Thanks for your video, what would be better to have one as Accec Point - Range extender, or using two CEP210's, 1x AP and 1x client. Distance aptox 100 mtr. Need to connect 2 Solar inverters on the internet, they have both wifi dongle.
If you are hooking a PoE Switch that will feed PoE cameras after the client antena, should I choose and IP on the same family as the internet router of the place?, or it doesn’t matter since the antenas will not handle DHCP?
Hi, Thank you so much for your precious video! . Is it possible to use a single antenna, to get a better wifi signal in a IP citophone with a distance of 80m from the home wifi router? And... is it really directional, or it creates a spherical wifi field in the round of the antenna?
So how I connect my AP Tp-link to my current network I want to extend? Is that bossible via Wi-Fi or is it mandatory to use Ethernet cable from Wi-Fi router to AP?
Do I need like two of these to make a network? I am trying to connect a bunch of cameras to the internet. I now have a tplink archer c6 WiFi router inside an IP65 enclosure. I am thinking of using one of these
If main router have a ip 192.168.22.1 All other devices inclouding new ap and client (this anntenas cpe 510), cameras, dvr and poe switch also must be changed to 192.168.22.x ?
After you’ve set this up, if you want to reconfigure is the default IP 192.168.0.254 the same or has it changed to the new ip you’ve set? Also, when you change the ip address of the ap, in order to configure do you set your device (computer or router’s) ip to the initial setting such as 192.168.0.x? Or would it now be 192.168.2.200 for example. Loved your video! Thank you
can I use the AP inside a window? Looking to get signal to a client about 1/2 mile away.... from a condo unit on 11th floor to a fishing hut 1/2 mile away (clear line of sight)? Thanks!!
Im trying to connect 2 clients for surveillance on 2 apartment building. The clients work 1 at a time. But cant get cameras to connect from both at same time.
I find it strange that no one talks about P2MP connection and how wide (horizantal angle) be appart within the clients, so if the CPE510 AP connects to 2 clients could the AP connect to 2 clients within 90 degrees, or 120 degree, or even 180 degree. what horizantal angle can the CPE support to connect to other clients
Brother I am from India..I love your video. I have order one Cpe 210 can i access wifi from my home internet to 200 meter long...or above. Brother make a video with single Cpe 210 to Access wifi.. thank you
So this is weird... I cannot connect to the wireless bride wifi. However, if I plug the ethernet cable in from the client to my laptop, it works. Any ideas?
I am setting up a PtP to my warehouse 600ft away. My warehouse is over 5,000 square feet. Once I get the wifi to the warehouse, how can I extend eh wifi to the entire warehouse? Another client somehow? Extender? OR??? Thank you! I know NOTHING about this sort of thing....
I already own a TP Link router AC1750 that I'm not currently using. Can I attach that to the P2P in the warehouse? (I just bought the TP Link P2P CPE510) Then if that doesn't give me enough area of wifi, get a mesh system and attach that to the router?@@404Steff
We'd have to know more information about your setup to see what's going on. Our initial thought is perhaps you have it hardwired into your laptop. If that's not the case, feel free to give us a call at 855-340-9999.
Yes, you can run the wire directly into your router and still get to it from your Mac. Just make sure to do them one at a time or you'll run into an IP conflict.
Why access point side net conection disconecting every 10 minut, after i want to remove cable and need to reconnect the cable then its work 10 min again anybody know??
Thanks for your question! We advise you to change the IP address to "192.168.0.x" on your PC because it will make connecting to the AP & Client easier. ".0." is a broader network that will be able to grab more with its range. It just makes locating & locking onto your radios quicker and easier.

Only video that actually works. Thank you man

I have 3 CCTV cameras do I need to put an AP … or just one device it’s ok ? Since I already have a Access point from the ISP
Does it matter whether you use 2.4GHz or 5GHz for the point to point WiFi? I have to extend my WiFi about 150 ft with clear line of sight.

Does it work if you use cpe610 as AP station?
Im trying to connect 2 clients for surveillance on 2 apartment building. The clients work 1 at a time. But cant get cameras to connect from both at same time.
what the best to use 220 or 510?
in client cpe first light not lighting, but both AP and client connected but internet not transmitted, what to do
whats the diff with client and repeater?
Would this product work for 10 kilometers distance?
it is supposed to work 15 km max.
Can i use eap110 as ap and this one for client?
For the CPE510 ,I don't think so. But to be sure you would need to reach out to TP-Link!
@@NellysSecurity thank you

The beam width is 45 degrees wide and 30 degrees up and down for the CPE510.

I can't seem to save the new IP settings, and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Nice video
When I change the IP address the wifi disconnects and I am no longer able to proceed through the steps. Does anyone know a work around?

Hi,. I assume you need to add wireless router and connect it to the other POE port (were your laptop used to connect)
So good

how long can transmit that model?
With no obstructions, it can go up to about 10 miles give or take. Of course, it all depends on whether or not it has a clear line of site.
@@NellysSecurity would the speed drop at longer distances? can't find an answer
