      They built them well. Long lasting and good performers too. My grandpa bought a new WD45 when he started farming, so that's what I wanted my first tractor to be too. Thank you for watching and commenting! I hope you have a good one!

      Thank you, Rusty! I kind of felt bad complaining about the heat when I know a lot of guys have it way hotter than I do. It's supposed to be upper 70's to low 80's the rest of the week👍👍 I'm definitely glad it's back in. One step closer! Thanks for watching, friend, I hope you have a good one!

    Busy day!! You got a lot done!!
    Yup, made it from start to finish..
    Unfortunately, not a lot of places to mount the aftermarket power steering..
    Thank you Evan!! Take care and sleep well tonight!!

      Thanks, Ed! Yeah, there's not a lot of options for mounting extra stuff. It sure does make it steer nice though. Thanks again, Ed! I hope you have a good one!

    Man yeah Evan, you sure are making progress!!! Dont be mad, but I did chuckle on the socket comment 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Stepping up the editing game, I love it!! Boy it looked as though your head might have gotten a little sunburned from the camera angle🤔😳 Might be time for a big straw hat😉😉🤣🤣 I somehow failed to remember that the Wd had after market power steering, that has to be nice!! We are finally dropping into the lower 80's next week...if we can make it through this tropical storm😳 Thank you Evan for bringing us along, cant wait to she the ole gal up and running!! 😉😉😁😁👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇲🇺🇲👌🏻👌🏻🌱🌱

      Thanks, Nelson! I was hoping somebody would get a laugh out of that 🤣🤣 I didn't realize my hair was getting that thin until I saw that clip 😳😳 usually I just wear a hat but it was too hot. The power steering is really nice, it will be really really nice if I ever get my mounted cultivators put on. I hope you make it through the storm without any major damage. I can't wait to get her running, too, I've got loader work to do. And I just love that Allis sound too. Thanks for always watching and commenting, Nelson! I hope you have a good one!

    Good to see that girl going back together Evan. The power steering pump mount is a little wonky but man do they steer nice with C/L!

      She's getting closer, hopefully soon I'll get it finished. Have to work on the suburban again so I'm stopped on the tractor until it is finished. Power steering sure is nice! Thanks for always watching, Mike, I really appreciate it! I hope you have a good one, friend!

    Sir I have owned myv1950 sllis chalmers model WD for over 30 years yours and my tractor are designed to be overhauled in frame including changing out the clutch. But great job but you did it the hard way

    • @evanaustin2636
      @evanaustin2636  4 місяці тому

      I know they could be overhauled in the frame, but for the clutch you are either pulling the engine or splitting the tractor to get to it. With the tools I have at my disposal, it is easier/safer to lift the engine out, and since there are only 6 bolts holding it in it really isn't that much extra work. Thanks for watching!
