I have used so many different foundations over the years, Estee Lauder, Clarins, Dior to name a few, I always felt a bit let down and would go back to Estee Lauder Double Wear every time...until now....I purchased the Loreal Serum and honestly, it's the best foundation I have ever used, its thin and watery but the coverage for a serum is amazing! The glow is gorgeous and it stays put all day long, it doesn't move or oxidise...just beautiful...I will never use an alternative foundation again

My god, when i started reading your post, i though for a second that it was me, i even take a second look at the name to make sure it wasn't a comment i left a few months ago. I had the same experience, Chanel, Dior, almost every brad at Sephora that would come out, from Nars to Make up forever, to Charlotte Tilburry, to Lancôme, i tried stuff online also, such as Il maquillage, i am very very picky with fondation, i want light to medium coverage, i want it to look like skin, i don't want it to emphasize my pores, small lines or any textures, and it needs to be long lasting...The only one that was coming close to that was my ride or die Estée Lauder double wear, but as i am getting older, i find my skin changed and it became just a little too cakey, so i would go back to try new release, that promises to erase this and smooth that, but it never worked so i would go back to Double wear and trying to make it work by mixing it with another fondation or moisturizer, but i never felt like i found THE ONE, the holy grail, it's a never ending search, maybe i will try this one!!😊

TO REPLACE THE DROPPER: (I'm leaving the same comment on many videos in hopes many people can get the information.) The dropper for this tinted serum IS terrible, in my opinion, but the bottle has the standard-size neck, which means that a lot of pumps will fit it. The pump that one can buy for Estee Lauder Double Wear fits it. The pump that comes in with the Physician's Formula Spotlight Illuminating Primer fits it, too. Any pump that works with MAC Studio Fix, the discontinued Physician's Formula Healthy Foundation, or the L'Oreal True Match Super-Blendable (the original True Match in the small bottle with the silver cap) will work with this L'Oreal True Match Nude Tinted Serum. So, go through your products and see if you can find a dispenser to pinch. Also, don't forget there are "foundation pumps" on Amazon that are very inexpensive (about 7 dollars for a set of 4), refillable squeeze bottles (you can easily reuse the Dior Backstage Face and Body), and my favorite, the Amazon airless pump bottles. Just be very careful dispensing, because this tinted serum is not very viscous and might splatter if you press too hard.
I use the True Match Nude quite a bit, in addition to the L'Oreal Radiant Serum Foundation in the tube, the one with the SPF 50. I think I paid $14.95 for mine (yes, more than I usually pay, for sure) and I have it in the same shade you used here. It doesn't settle into my fine lines at all and it really does build a bit more if you need it. I wasn't blown away at first, but the more I use it and compare to other foundations, the more I like it. I'm more prone to use slightly luminous foundations and serum foundations because of my age and the wrinkles that other foundations settle into all too easily. Loved the comparison, thanks, Cat!

Have you tried their latest tinted balm? It is SO smoothing, however coverage is light, beautiful nonetheless! It's quite affordable, too! I love a luminous foundation as well, and it can be tricky! @@CatsEyeBeauty I almost bought that one a couple of days back and somehow, it ended up out of my cart, ugh. I haven't tried it yet, but I plan to, yes! It's my next foundation along with the Maybelline Green Edition Tinted Oil. And again, another one that I would have passed by without these really fabulous reviews. It reminded me of the Catrice One Minute Perfector, which I believe can be under foundation or used alone, and that one was just sort of "meh", but the tinted balm seems to have a much nicer finish. I like that finish. I always liked their Magic Nude, the color, nude beige was the perfect shade of any foundation ever, and it was so natural and seamless. This seems a little like that in finish. You do look radiant and smooth.

Hi Cat…..the L’Oréal skin tint looks so good on you and I personally on my skin prefer skin tints over full foundations. In Canada the L’Oréal is 19.99 and Fenty is 24.99 🤯. I never wear eyeshadows as honestly I wasn’t sure how to apply it with any kind of skill lol. I’m learning so much just by watching your videos….thank you!! 😊🇨🇦

I wouldn't pay the $20 for the L'Oreal tinted serum at Ulta, but I don't have a problem paying $14.99 for it at Target.

I’m really enjoying the L’Oréal nude skin tint. I think applying it with your fingertips is key to getting the best coverage as it does melt or settle into the skin beautifully. I only lightly powder or set my T zone because it looks less cakey and natural all on its own plus it wears well longevity wise for the rest of the day. Lastly I have noticed my overall skin texture has improved since using it even though I was already using a separate hyaluronic acid as part of my skincare routine. What a lovely bonus!

The L'Oreal looks better! Another UA-camr put the L'Oreal under her eyes in place of concealer and it looked great. A serum won't add texture under the eyes. Also you don't really need as many colors with tints because they are so thin they can work with a wider range of complexions. People are saying it's cheaper at Walmart and Target - something like $14.99

Hi Cat I heard good things about this foundation. I tested the skin tint and I like it but I have not seen the Loreal here. Having a slight less coverage might not be everyone's cup of tea but I think for summer is ok. The price is high for drugstore. Thank you for review and comparison ! 💕🤗💞

I purchased this shade as well. This is a beautiful foundation, specially for mature skin. Shade 3-4 look to have too much pink, I also got shade for five and it’s too muddy of a color for my skin. I found that to three it’s a nice shade and was overall surprised how much I like this foundation. Definitely like the L’Oreal better than the Fenty on you.

Target's website has this priced at $14.99. I'm intrigued by the formula and I do prefer lighter coverage/serum type foundations. It seems that L'Oreal's prices are spiking lately. :-/ I like the L'Oreal side better but yea, the price is only $10 different from the Fenty.

Omg, I love both the Fenty Ease Drops and the Tarte Hydroflex Serum Foundation, but if I had to pick? @Carol A , absolutely take your time in deciding which serum foundation will suit your needs! Although the L'Oreal True Match Nude Tinted Serum has a limited shade range, I found the shade that I selected was flexible. They do look alarmingly dark in the bottle, so bare that in mind. Definitely select a shade up. Tarte and Fenty does offer a fantastic shade range! So you will have better options there. For the price point, L'Oreal is the winner, especially if you get it from Target, it retails there for $14.99, and always remember, you can return and exchange! I truly hopes this helps you, my sweet friend! Let me know what you ultimately decide! ❤🥰❤

Ok.. Got the loreal but too dark.. From Wal-Mart and cant find my own shade anywhere. . Anyone got any ideas so i can try it... Make it lighter.. Good foundation or whatevs to mix with etc.. Its killing me sitting there but unusable. :(

Yes - totally agree - I live in Colorado and already getting itchy dry skin on my back - I guess that’s why I don’t care if makeup has skincare because it’s going on top of moisturizer (usually) so instead of pulling moisture out of the air it pulls it out of the skin - whichever side is drier will pull it towards it. Honestly it seems like they don’t think about this when making these products - I understand the benefits and the appeal of skincare in makeup, but that’s exactly the reason it might not have the desired effect we want, which is unfortunate. I still want to try it but I’m surprised it has alcohol - I’m sure it’s so it dries down faster, but I’m not sure if it would irritate my skin.

OH MY Goodness I have been searching for something to help with my OILY AF Lids, they are driving me nuts I can take an hour to do my make up on my 56 year old face, half an hour later I feel the oils come through, so will be watching for your next Video. :) ty

Have you tried using the MAC Paint Pot eyeshadow primer? It has a drier formula for your eyelids that I find works better for me during the hot and humid summers here!
