dana, how do you train and encourage your agents to be aggressive in the sales process? ive noticed alot of people on my squad are soft and cant/dont give direction or have a call to action.
@@Nattybrokers it’s a lot of consistent rinse and repeat training, listening to sales calls, and focusing on objection prevention. I’ve found that it is easier to teach agents how to prevent objections so they don’t have to confront their biggest fear at the end 😳
@@finalexpensetelesales unfortunately cuz David was right there’s no need to there’s enough for everyone to eat and what LH has might not fit someone but SL may fit them better and vice versa and someone may wanna deal with a broker it’s not about us it’s about customers needs
You should have asked David about why SL has not provided phone transfers in a month. Is the agency done? Did they get sued? FB live transfers doubled in cost over 6 months and now we have no lead notifications and just get the same response that it is a tech issue and they are working on it. I think we are done
I don’t know anything about the internal workings at SL, nor is it any of my business. I think David is doing a great job as a leader and all Companies go through ups and downs… we are no different. I hope they figure it out soon!

I don't understand the purpose and why of this content..ive listen to you both compare and contrast each agency both are essentially the same offering an added benefit. but why feel "rejected" because you choose to go elsewhere since your questions weren't answered...or you didnt hear what you wanted... you've moved on and doing great elsewhere..i see it as throwing low key shade...overall both agency are great and offer agents a great opportunity for growth...

This guy she interviewed is Buddy the King of Real Estate(played by Peter Gallagher), and Dana’s husband is Lester Burnham(played by Kevin Spacey).
