So each sale has to be at least 400 in comission?
You can alter the formula to fit your commission structure! The important thing is to know your numbers so you can be generating the amount of activity you need to hit your goal
What insurance are we talking about? Car or health? Is one more profitable than the other?
In this one, I'm talking about life. There are different commission structures for different product lines but the best thing to do is find out what you think you'd be best at selling.

I think that might be an advantage but there’s gonna be plenty of people who are not interested what do I do ?
We don't currently provide leads for Malaysia. And yes, that strategy is going to require you hearing a lot of people say, "no." However, if door-to-door sales aren't allowed where you are, that might be a good strategy!

Build a relationship first. Everyone wants to go for the sale right away. Show you care by building the relationship first.
What is “warm market” in step 1- prospecting system?
Your warm market is basically a network of potential clients that you've had some previous contact or relationship with. This could be your family, friends, co-workers, church members, club members, neighbors, etc.

What is the monthly annual premium needed to achieve this?
It would honestly depend on your commission structure.
Ok, commission at 55% with 9 months advance?

If average premium is $60/m
60 x 12 = $720
X
55% comp = 396
If you only want to count the advance then it drops to $300
100k / $300 = 333 sales

Most people will not earn that much. You spend most of your income generating or buying leads. Long long hours on the phone with a very busy schedule.

Leads are potential customers or prospects.

One of my favorite quotes from the famous sales trainer Zig Ziglar goes like this. "Repetition is the mother of learning, the father of action, which makes it the architect of accomplishment.".... I'm sorry if you've heard some of my training before, and I do add new videos almost every day with new training, but some of the fundamentals that I teach for new agents needs to be repeated in many cases. Thanks for watching though! I will definitely keep that in mind moving forward.
