Thank you for sharing your story.. I am searching for answers in how I should help my son.. everything you said I see happening to him. I had a talk with him last week and told him this has to be his choice.. and I am always here to support him and pray for him.
I published a video this week on how to help an alcoholic but it seems you're already handling it well. I hope you and your son can resolve all that you need to.
Brilliant you kicked the alcohol, takes a lot of courage to do that. And I'm sorry for your loss. Life is rich enough without any of those form of crutches. 🙂
Wise and true words. Thank you sir. Good to see the cat :)

Same here; emotional regulation issues and awful gloomy depression plays a huge part in my drinking. I think that's where AA is so simplistic; it's WHY people drink. Why? There's no big man in the sky about to save me.
Thos resonates with me
I drink therefore I am
in vino veritas..... You let your demons run your life. Pathetic.
There’s an old saying: want to stop 🛑 being an alcoholic, stop 🛑 drinking. The most ridiculous “disease “ ever.
Quitting any coping mechanism is not that easy.
@@bobsiddoway just another excuse by a feeble minded person to justify their bad behaviour.
@@OptimisticMansion-yl1wq If only.
People far braver, more accomplished, and more self-disciplined than you or I will ever be have struggled mightily with booze.
