He ready lose his hair follicles as you can see shiny-ness. Once you get that then nothing can be done except hair transplantation and that too only if you have donor hair.

@@rajsrivastav6940 I'm sorry but I have years on experience in this. Once you go shiny there no coming back except for a transplant. If that was possible then many celebrities would have regrown hair.

Rosemary oil, massage into your scalp 5 drops of it twice a day for 6 months. Worked for me. I am 55 years old. I went through two mini bottles of rosemary oil. The hair stopped falling out.. So nice

Fortunately my skin loves rosemary. Expect first improvement after 3 months. This is the only thing that works for me. I am 55 years of age. My father turned bold in his mid 30s. I inherited his hair. Rosemary oil blocks testosterone in our skin, all expensive treatments are based on the same approach. I don't see skin under my hair any longer when I look in the mirror now, thanks God. Huge improvement.

If you see any hairs on your scalp-no matter how sparse, thin, short or fuzzy-your hair follicles are still alive and kicking and sprouting new hairs.If there are no hair that means they are dead in that case nothing could be done.

I improved my hair by doing these: Having more and more vitaminC from orange, lemon, and kiwi, 7-8 hrs of adequate sleep daily, have nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also have fishes like salmon. Exercise a minimum of 30 mins everyday. Using organic oil, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by Littleextra Cooconion twice a week. All this is good to control hair fall.

Biotin.. Also make sure get enough iron and zinc. Maybe look into Life Extension 2 per Day capsules (may only need 1 as they're high strength vits). But biotin supplement is a must.

I have been using Aveeno Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo approx. three years now and I have a full head of hair. I also take mega doses of Saw Palmetto, which is also good for hair growth.
