Hair growth - Have at least two eggs in the breakfast. Eggs are a good source of protein, which helps promote hair growth. Additionally, try to have one cup of yogurt. They are also packed with vitamins and minerals, which promote hair growth and also keep the hair shiny and beautiful. In the evening, apply Reactivate serum of liitllextra as it has rosemary and several other ingredients. This works all the time.

Kudos to you for creating such an informative and engaging video. There are completely natural recipes for preventing hair loss that anyone can make at home, and they are very effective. What's best about them is that after you stop using them, your hair remains the same, it doesn't start falling out again. I believe Norlest has all these recipes and products. Check it out.

My hair has regained its shine, and I'm really satisfied. My warm recommendation is to try these products because if nothing has helped you so far, then you have nothing to lose with this, and you can gain a lot.

Also make sure to get enough nutrition and sleep. When I was overweight I had a lot of hair loss, but soon as I started working out, eating healthy and sleeping 7 1/2-8 hours a night. Use it daily at night seems to be the easiest for patients. It’s maintenance so it helps hold onto hair that is dying. It can not bring back what is gone (that where hair transplants come in) but if you have some fuzzies that means there is still hope to make that area fuller. I would seek a real hair transplant doctor in your area if you’d need oral medication to help also. Hope this helps

FYI on finasteride. Side effects are extremely rare and often mirror the same percentage of placebo groups in studies. Dr. Russell Knudsen, a leading hair loss doctor in Australia, also recommends taking it three times a week vs everyday. It builds up in your system quite easily and 1 mg/day is excessive for hair loss. His expert opinion but certainly talk to your healthcare provider. You can find further information on UA-cam as well in the channel The Hair Loss Show that he does with another doctor.

Rather Use less quantity and spread it evenly. Mistake No. D. Not de-tangling hair before oiling. Rather use a dual tooth comb of neem wood. Mistake No. E. Rinsing my hair immediately after oiling. Rather allow for 3-4 hrs , then just clean ur hair. Mistake No. F. I was using harsh shampoo, oil, conditioner. Rather use mild, organic ones only. Anyone with thinning hair should try to find a product with the ingredients of Biotin and Saw Palmetto. A friend of mine was taking something with these ingredients along with other ingredients I can't remember, but it did great for him. He even quit taking it over a year ago, and he is having no hair loss. It was in the form of a capsule, and he swallowed one in the morning and one in the evening. All natural ingredients with no chemicals and no bad side effects. It's definitely worth trying. The only catch is that it takes time. But, anyone trying to sell you a product that they claim will take you from bald to a full head of hair in 6 months is scamming you. Hair grows slowly. Especially when you dont have any. It takes time to reactivate hair follicles that are growing nothing but peach fuzz. So anything you buy is going to take time.
