In 93 Samuel L Jackson was in Jurassic Park, 94 Pulp Fiction, 95 Die Hard 3, and 96 this one. Dude was just in all time classic after all time classic and of course he’s kept that going to this day, but the early/mid 90s was his explosion to greatness.
Geena played a pirate in Cutthroat Island!(1995) She's amazing in it! You never knew you needed to see her swashbuckling, but you do! And she plays a vampire in Transylvania 6-5000 with Jeff Goldblum! And she's in the legendary silly movie "Earth Girls Are Easy" with Jeff Goldblum again, but also Jim Carey and Damon Wayans!
Yay! Finally someone reacts to one of my favorite movies. This movie is like the movie "Nobody"...a sleeper that is incredibly good! You're two of my favorite reactors so I'm glad you're watching this. I hope you love it as much as I do.
16:27, in the front seat we have future Marvel alumni. Sam Jackson went on to play Nick Fury in the Avengers and Bryan Cox later played Colonel William Stryker in the X-Men movies. I would have loved to have seen Geena Davis in a Marvel movie.
Badass underrated movie. I'm glad yall enjoyed it. I rarely enjoy female led action movies, but this and the Kill Bill movies take the cake for me. Maybe some others but those come to mind first.
I'm so excited!! I love this movie and have an old copy on dvd from the early netflix days... Not enough bad-a$$ women when this came out. I was 15 too, so that didn't help. LOVE your channel btw.
Geena Davis was a semifinalist for the US Olympic Archery Team. While she didn't make the team, it's still impressive considering she didn't take up archery until she was 41!
Ive been watching yall for a while But this is the one that got yall my subscription. THIS IS MY MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DONT PLAY ABOUT GEENA DAVIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nobody did it better before her in this movie!!! She was BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This movie was written by Shane Black who also wrote Lethal Weapon, Iron Man 3, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and The Nice Guys. A hallmark of his movies is that they almost always take place around Christmas.
Ya gotta see Black Snake Moan, Death Proof, Jackie Brown, The Hateful Eight at some point. I think you'll love those. Random thought. They actually made a few films and shows like this. La Femme Nikita and Alias were big TV shows. Le Femme Nikita was also a really good film, and another film called Point of No Return is similar.
I really enjoyed the slow progression of the Mommy instinct and emotion coming out in Charlie. If you enjoyed this one... Atomic Blonde (2017) is another one you'd like.
it's such a unique..strangely bad but good movie, haha, great premise, the 90's had some ridiculous action movies..explosions and silly violence galore, people forget how badass Gina Davis was, she could play any character, fun fact is she almost went to the olympics for archery..basically after her acting career, she's just really into archery "got a gun in my pocket, in my right hand too, anybody mess with me, you know what I'm gonna do..."
Renny Harlin (a Finnish director) always puts some small detail in his films about Finland. In this one, Sam Jackson drinks Finlandia vodka. As it is New Years eve of 2024/25, I am enjoying the very same drink. I think I kept it in the freezer too long since it was partially frozen, which is pretty good for a high volume alcohol. Happy New Year everyone!
I used to work in the film industry & my company did post production for this movie. I was able to get the original movie poster & still have it to this day 💋
The ATF attack on the compound in Texas was a "fund raiser" ,they even had the press there before the raid. They didn't expect the level of resistance that they were met with. Then, they had to do a lot of damage control to get out of hot water at the cost of 80 innocent victims, including children.

45:29 You need to go back a little further…PAM GRIER was the first action flick star…in the 70’s…the so-called “blaxploitation” era. Check for her movies FOXY BROWN, COFFY, FRIDAY FOSTER, SHEBA BABY….there were also other films in that era that imitated her…most notably, CLEOPATRA JONES.
Love you TWO. If you guys have reverted to flics like LONG KISS.... there are wayy better ones. #1 Start with AMELIE.... like not next week or tomorrow, now, AMELIE. TOP 5 FLIC OF ALL-TIME, like evver, ALL-TIME ua-cam.com/video/2UT5xaAfxWU/v-deo.html
One of my favorite movies! ❤
Great reaction to a very underrated movie.
My mother & I love this one! It’s our *FAVORITE* Christmas film 🎄🙌🏾🎬
So many hilariously quotable lines in this movie. And yes, I watch it every December.
Top 5 underrated movie
This is so under the radar but shouldn't be. Davis and Jackson are such a fun duo. Glad you watched and liked it!
Great reacting . Best action movie! Geena Davis and Sam Jackson - great chemistry.
One of my favourites - Watched this back in 1996, loved it then and again now. Thanks!
Gina Davis was also good in Thelma And Louise.
I love this movie!
Thank you, good choice! ❤

100% would have loved that. Also Shane Black wrote the screenplay, and would later write and direct Iron Man 3.
And they both look the same for over 30 years
I love this movie!
My favorite movie. ❤😊. Love the reaction.
Badass underrated movie. I'm glad yall enjoyed it. I rarely enjoy female led action movies, but this and the Kill Bill movies take the cake for me. Maybe some others but those come to mind first.
Such a good movie!
This is the original Bourne Identity
I'm so excited!! I love this movie and have an old copy on dvd from the early netflix days... Not enough bad-a$$ women when this came out. I was 15 too, so that didn't help. LOVE your channel btw.

This movie is chock full of hilarious one liners. My favorite is "Pop goes the weasel"
"were you born this stupid, or did you take lessons?" "I took lessons!"

Yeah they do. LOL
This movie was written by Shane Black who also wrote Lethal Weapon, Iron Man 3, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and The Nice Guys. A hallmark of his movies is that they almost always take place around Christmas.
One of my favorites. Thank you so much. Awesome reactions as always. Happy holidays.
La Femme Nikita is another great female assassin movie.
2:17 "It's the girl that's in it too?" -Ryl
the girl's always in on it!
This and Die Hard are the best Christmas action movies. Sam Jackson's role here was one of his favorites he's said, and it's one of mine as well.
If y’all like tough female heroes similar to this, ya’ll should react to Foxy Brown starring Pam Grier.
I faithfully had the movie on rotation in my VCR and DVD player. Yep...I'm that old. Lol
It's my favorite Christmas action movies.
Great FEMALE ACTION STAR. Enjoyed y'all reactions.
I really enjoyed the slow progression of the Mommy instinct and emotion coming out in Charlie.
If you enjoyed this one... Atomic Blonde (2017) is another one you'd like.
This movie is one of my guilty pleasures. Always liked it, and Geena is doing great.
One of my favorite movies of all time! Such a great movie
they sleep onthis movie

this is the horniest video you two have ever made lol
Yeah we can throw knives 😂 but unfortunately most of us are not that accurate.
I used to work in the film industry & my company did post production for this movie. I was able to get the original movie poster & still have it to this day 💋
Geena Davis and Samuel L. Jackson's craziest movie stunt involved jumping into freezing cold water repeatedly in -37 degrees🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶
I love that movie
"Q & A" great movie from back in the day with a cheesy soundtrack Nick Nolte should have won an Oscar
3:13 WTF! A Volvo with no seat belts....oh 'murica. My bad/min fejl 😛
18:06 IT'S A DUCK! Okay..lady?

29:03 Charmantha...? :)
If you want more women assassin movies or just more badass mamas. I recommend "point of no return" and "Delores Claiborne" respectively
Catlin could have a wife or someone else in the future. Its more likely.
I love this movie. Gina Davis was so bad. 🔥🔥🔥
So sick is me exact feeling.
The "terrorist plot" in the movie sounds awfully familiar to something that happen in real life
