I feel like this is one of the most inner-child-healing videos ever posted; both santa michaels were so sweet and the story of how one became santa was so so meaningful and sweet I was honestly starting to cry at the very beginning but started ugly crying by that point. its impossible to not love all of your videos, but this one was especially magical- thank you for all of the magic you share
Same like I have disliked Christmas for the last 3 years, mainly because of issues between my parents so this video made me realize how much Christmas joy I have been missing out
Would love to see you do a challenge accepted as an ASL interpreter!! It might inspire some people to take that career path to provide accessibility to the Deaf community! Maybe you could interpret one song at a concert as your final challenge.
I didn’t even know there was a Santa school. Actually gives me some hope for humanity that people exist who are this dedicated to adding a little whimsy to childhood.
When Santa Lee gave the speech about getting up the courage to go from being an elf to Santa I started feeling so many things! Seriously that story in its self could be its own movie or documentary. Awesome episode Michelle Khare and team!
I just wanted to thank you for making this video Michelle. I’ve been a subscriber of yours for years. While not an active one in the comments, but still a lurker who watches every video. Regardless, I popped this video on for my mom without giving it a watch first and was pleasantly surprised that it took place in Midland, Michigan. My mom is from Michigan for context. She really loved the video and asked for me to show it to my grandparents on Christmas. They actually lived in Midland, Michigan for a decade or two. They loved watching the video. Thank you for creating a video that I was able to share with my entire family 💜
One day when I retire in 30 years, I will go to this school and become Santa. This video was amazing, I'm still crying 4 minutes after the video is done. Thank you Michelle!
about four years ago I was able to sit down with a guy who for years worded about eleven months a year then makes different experiences during December. Like these men in the video, he looks the part year-round. It was interesting to hear how much he loves it and what it does to his personal life.
This video really got my inner child in her feelings 🥺 I used to love Christmas when I was younger even though I barely got gifts, but the energy, lights, movies and church made me love it as child. I started crying from the moment the video started till now 😢🥺❤️ thank you
LOVE that speech from the little person, it must be so easy to be typecast and stuck as forever the elf as a little person so he's gotta be a great Santa! And i'm so happy to see them teaching ASL so Santa can spread joy to ALL children 💖
To all the Santa’s they might watch this video. If a child ask’s why elves have pointy ears, it’s because the workshop is very loud, and when Santa shouts out a toy order, they can individually hear it and make your toy!! Congrats on your hard work!!! Keep it up!!!
making sure children and adults alike feel some magic for life is so important. made me cry from the first 5 minutes because there are still people out there that have this joy and love for others.
I didn’t realized the hard questions that come with being Mr/s Claus, like a family member passing or in jail, or the frustrations being around so much energy. Or even the shy kids (used to be me lol), I have a new found appreciation for all the work that goes into spreading joy. Merry Christmas 🎁🎄
Elves need pointed ears so they can understand what the reindeer and other animals are saying. :) I'm also SO happy they teach sign language to be inclusive!
This episode made me, 30-year-old woman, cry. Life is very hard sometimes but seeing all these amazing men and women wanting to bring joy and hope to children during a time of year that is honestly not always as pictured in commercials is wonderful!
You did a great job, Michelle! :D I could hear the heart in your voice. You gave this your all, and it showed. :) It's funny that listening to both Santa Michaels made me feel like a kid just watching them, because they ARE Santa. It's in their voice, their eyes, their smiles, their demeanors, and their presence (presents. :) ). They are iconic Santas that me and millions of others have seen. I know I'm an adult, but for a couple of moments, I felt warm like I used to feel at Christmas. Santa Michael's story about his dream made me cry. What a good soul. :)
Not me here crying over a santa school video ❤ great job Michelle, this was an amazing video to watch and such a beautiful look into the world of Santa Claus 🎅
One of the most joyous, heartwarming videos I have ever seen! The message of spreading joy and just having fun in santa school was really wholesome. Thank you!
This was so wonderful, Michelle! I went between grinning from ear-to-ear and tearing up the whole video. Santa Michael's explanation of the dream he had where he was Santa visiting a sick child in the hospital...WOW; sometimes life really gives you a sign. I'm 31 with no children and every time I see a Santa in the mall or at an event I get so giddy and wave to him as if I'm 8 again. Huge respect for these men and women in red ❤
My friend, Santa Frank, comes from a long line of Santas and he and his dad still go to that same school in Midland every year 🥰 they’re both the sweetest and most jolly men I’ve ever met. Santa Frank even drives a red pickup truck and keeps his jolly Santa laugh year round!
Wow, this was one of the most wholesome and pure videos I’ve ever seen. Brings back so many memories.. Santas need more credit for the joy they spread! Beautiful video Michelle, thanks 🎅💕
Seeing the joy in every moment is heartwarming! I was never able to meet a Mrs. Clause when I was young but seeing Brooklyn smile at the end was adorable because Mrs. Clause made her feel special! You did absolutely amazing Michelle!!!
I have watched every one of your video by stumbling on to them by who know how... but I have to say you have made me laugh and you have made a 40 year old physically cry... you have a true gift, and have inspired me to be so much more than I thought I could be... thank you Michelle for all your videos you do. Because of you and your whole team you have given me a reason to believe anything you set your mind to you can do and to never give up on your dream no matter how long you have tried and failed, hard work and dedication will make it happen. Keep being you and I hope that one day I could say because of you I achieved my dream because I didn't give up. I can't wait to see what your next video will be, I'm a film composer and classically trained pianist, I'd love to see you to and master a classical piano piece, that would make my day, no my whole life :), learning to play the piano, If you want too lol I could teach you ;)
Michelle, what you do is so incredibly important. You're a bloody superhero. You show us all that all of us can do, and achieve, anything we set our minds to. We need more of that positivity in the world.
this was an awesome episode, im not a big fan of christmas but after watching this and listening you talk about the true meaning of christmas may have just changed my mind! Thank you! keep up the good work!
Honestly since learning that Christmas is a Pagan holiday nothing to do with Christianity I’ve had my doubts, but at 24 years old now I don’t want to stop smiling or stop having fun during this time of year because I understand how important it is for children to have someone to look up to and someone of great character to learn from. The idea of Santa Claus aka “Saint Nicholas” as some countries/cultures call him is a bit of a strange one, however it’s good to give children hope and reasons to be good.
The joy, and magic that the Santa lore brings to each and every one of us.....Michelle and team, yall knocked this video out of the park! I ugly cried through this video. Your kindness and your warmth was so heartfelt!
Michelle, this was amazing. Awesome job. Also as a side note, every one of your videos makes a difference. Please, don’t let anyone, including yourself, tell you differently. You make a difference and an impact every single day. Michelle, what Michael told you is true. You make a difference every time you post a video. Thank you to you, Garret, and your entire team for what you do.
Why is this video making me emotional? Christmas feels like just another day as an adult, but the overall joy and love for Christmas in this video has brought a little bit of that special feeling back!
I'm from a culture where Christmas isn't the biggest holiday; here, it's just churches, lights, and cakes. Never felt the warmth and love of Santa. This video made me cry. Never thought I'd cry for Santa 😭
Michelle you killed it yet again. I absolutely love the claymation opening which had a bit of Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer feel and look to it. The pivot to Mrs. Claus was a smart move it took some of the pressure off of you. Even though this was a Challenge Accepted video I found myself looking inside of myself and found that I too have something to give to others. You have inspired me through this video to be more happy and friendly all through the year towards everyone. I also want to spread JOY to folks. Thank you for this video you showed me what Christmas is truly about.
The special effects on the editing side are amazing! The school, amazing! Your outfit is amazing! Watching this while wrapping gifts was a good call! So well done! I loved it all!
Michelle never misses to inspire someone with each video and challenge she does! This one definitely had me sobbing like every video does because of the dedication Michelle expresses! Thank you Michelle and Merry Christmas! 🎄 🎁 ❤️💚
Also, I love how some of the comments down below are like at 24:55 - 25:05. Michelle: No, no, no… no hitting. This video’s audience: Hehehe… I like this little one already.
Awesome! My wife is an elementary teacher. Every year, my wife changes my name in her cell phone to Santa Clause. Then, she picks a day and I call her to check in on her students. The amount of squeals you can hear over the phone is amazing, and one of the highlights of my year.
This is so adorable and wholesome! I loved everything about this and I’m so surprised that there was even a Santa school. But I love how friendly everyone was! Merry Christmas to everyone!
This is the video we never knew we needed ❤ This made me laugh and smile and feel like I was a little kid again experiencing the joy of Santa’s wonders ❤ Thank you Michelle
I have a deaf friend who was always so sad when Santa and Mrs. Clause couldn't communicate with her directly. thank you for learning sign language you probably just made her year the best year ever.
This video just shows even more in depth of the magic Santa can truely bring for children and the joy Christmas provides. So cool to get an in-depth view of the passion it really takes to play as Santa
You got me all up in my feels with this. You never cease to amaze me Michelle. It is amazing to see that there is someone out there that is truly just a good person and puts their all into everything they do. Stay amazing and I can't wait to see what adventure you go on next.
Are you sure this is a video and not a movie because this gave a short movie feeling because of the reactions, motivational quotes, the support, and the love that was put in this video. This deserves to be a movie for everyone to realise the kindness in our world
One of the best films about the school that Debra and I have seen. You and your team did an outstanding job! We are so happy you got to meet Michael and Michael. They are an exceptional team. I’m sorry we didn’t get to know you but we are now subscribed.
Merry Christmas! You're make-up and wig for Mrs. Claus were so on-point! You looked like you 40 years from now. This was fun, so thanks for doing it to keep us all entertained.
To be honest, when i see Santa communicating with children having them sat on his lap and asking what they would want for Christmas and bringing that personal experience just brings the biggest warmth to my heart and joy and this is why it is important to bring a bit of magic to the childrens imaginations ❤❤❤ thank you for this video Michelle and Merry Christmas
im autistic and as a kid i loved santas but struggled a bit anxiety wise. would have loved a mrs clause as that would have helped. so glad u knew sign, i garentee that it was a surprise to the kid and the parent and made their day. little bits of accessibility mean the world to disabled people 🤍
I cried watching this like three times. This was such a delight from beginning to end. I am determined to be Mrs. Claus' cousin starting in about 30 years. All I want in my life is to bring joy as these people have done.
I love this so much. Honestly I’ve been having a hard time getting in the Christmas spirit this year, mostly because I’m 19 and this is the first year where I’ve had a job that I have to work on Christmas Eve, but I think watching this has finally got me there.
These Santas have so much love and compassion to don the costume every year. My heart would break irreparably if a child asked me if I could bring their mom home from prison, or make their parents love them. It just goes to show how important and trusted Santa is.

im autistic and as a kid i loved santas but struggled a bit anxiety wise. would have loved a mrs clause as that would have helped. so glad u knew sign, i garentee that it was a surprise to the kid and the parent and made their day. little bits of accessibility mean the world to disabled people 🤍
I cried watching this like three times. This was such a delight from beginning to end. I am determined to be Mrs. Claus' cousin starting in about 30 years. All I want in my life is to bring joy as these people have done.
Tell me why I cried like five times and I’m not even done watching!!! So so precious!
Ok now compared to all of your other vids I can tell this is going to be fire! We love you!
8:57 “I can slay 💅💅💅?????” “YOU CAN SLAY GIRL💅💅💅”
I know they have to be nice, but it made me so happy to see how nice these guys were!!
I never had my eyes in tears in this video before. Keep up the good work!
When the Coca Cola Santa was talking I felt nostalgia and it was so comforting. He is definitely THE santa
8:57 "I can sleigh?" "Yes you can sleigh gurl!" Love that little friendship they have
I love your videos! So inspirational and motivational ❤
Man.... these videos always make me feel really great and good inside. It doesn't matter what Michelle is doing. ❤
