I do omad and I also do 3-4 day fast when I'm on tiz I also do 5 day egg fast. Sometimes you have to trick your body so those # to come down. Keep up the good job. I lost over 100lbs in 8 months so the meds work just stay focus.
Currently on a stall...wanted to get some insight, you cracked me up about Universal...hubs is taking me to Disney(my first time) when I hit the 50 pound loss...so I must break this stall!! I want to ride the rides too!!
@@jazzfuneralmagic just keep working at it, you’ll get there. May try something completely different with your diet to kind of fool your body, but only if you’re comfortable in doing so. Disney is really accommodating for larger guests so don’t get too stressed out about it, but that would be a GREAT reward for 50lbs lost

It's good that you're paying attention to your body/mind and self-correcting. Just like with our photography . . . we can be our own worst critics.
