I freeze them ,as they get gobbled up pretty quickly . Halfway thru cooking in oven ,I sprinkle with mixed dried herbs and garlic powder . Yuuummm !

I have never seen anyone make sundried tomatoes at home ! You are so brilliant :) I never think it is worth it to buy them at the store because they are so expensive for only a few in a jar.
