  • Sun-dried tomatoes are traditionally made by dehydrating fresh tomatoes in sun. They could be eaten as a nutritious snack, added to pastas, infused in oil or made into a pesto. This version is the fastest way to make sun-dried tomatoes at home. We have infused them in olive oil to enhance the flavour and shelf life.

    love the way you don't remove the seeds(many did, what a waste), they are the essence of tomato

    The tomatoes look good but they are not “sundried” I would change the title just so people do not get misled.
