    I'm adopted, but my biological mother was Italian - CapoBianca - from the northeastern United States. I understand from what little i know of her that she was a first generation American born Italian. So, when I see images of the Italian countryside, and hear the voices of Italy, it pulls my heartstrings. Not to mention the amazing foods. Thank you for your video. New sub.

      Salt will keep animals away. Advantage is the sun provides a slow process and will make the tomatoes very sweet

  • @noddy_ji
    @noddy_ji 7 місяців тому

    After the drying process, when yiu wash the salt off and then pat dry. Obviously all the water won't dry off and thats okay yes? I live in Goa so hot weather here too. Just confirming that if a little water stays on womt spoil the tomatoes after adding the olive oil?

    • @GetCooking
      @GetCooking  7 місяців тому +1

      you need to remove the water completely, so pat them dry and if you want keep them a few mins again in direct sun light. Water is the enemy as it will start fermentation in the jar, which you dont want.

    • @GetCooking
