I would never even joke about getting rid of Zakks signature him and Dime were so close its practically sacrilege in my mind. Cool guitars wish I had one.
You would joke about getting rid of the Nick Cantonese signature though.
saw Zakk dry hump a cardboard cutout of Dime on stage once a number of years after he was killed. Said some meaningful stuff about him and then proceeds to dry hump the cutout and act like he was french kissing him. Pissed me off at the time. Dont much care for Zakk any more. I'd clean it off personally

Thank you, Ola for sharing your prized possessions for us to see! I've dreamed of that quitar since I was just a lil shit. My first metal show was Darkest Hour in 2009 and Mike was playing one of these. Zakk Wylde also happens to be my number 1 inspiration for playing, so that being signed by him is truly cool as hell in my eyes. Cheers, Ola, Have a great week!

When I was 17 I saved my money to buy a Jackson Kelly standard. This was back in 1993. Took me 8 months to save up. When I first brought it home I took it out of the case. Strapped it on, plugged it into my amp in the basement. Started to play it, turned around and smashed the back end of the guitar into the concrete wall. Took a huge chunk out of my brand new guitar. So at least you only dinged it.

I had a black back southern cross that didn't sound or play as well as my quilt top the cross prototype,so I traded it for a custom Harley over 15 years ago. Still have the proto,and it's still one of my favorite guitars.
I found your channel from height adjusting for strings. Cause I wanted to adjust my washburn X-series. That is the first guitar I ever got. Then I got one GIbson Sg. So yeah I'm kinda a Washburn fan too. Nice guitar and playing. Couldn't stop headbanging. Hi from Greece xD
Now that really looks like a custom shop guitar. You sometimes see "custom shop" guitars that are made like junk but this one really looks the part.

I own an import Washburn Dimebolt 333 that I absolutely adore. It's a 96 that I hold near and dear to my heart. Even the imports are insane money right now and I'm glad I got it when prices weren't so inflated. But maybe one day I'll get a D3 to have a set. Thanks for sharing Ola. That Cross is an absolute beauty!

I feel you man! When I dropped my JEM, my first expensive guitar and it hit my desk... Well I think I got at least 10 years older in these few seconds... Got a heavy ding but I'll never sell it anyway and now I marked it in a way... And I still love it!

Boogie Street Guitars was in Pittsburgh. They're not in business anymore to my knowledge. They did quite a bit of work with Nick Catanese as he's in the Pittsburgh area as well. Unfortunately, we all know what happened to him...

I have the import southern cross and its my prized possession. the US custom shop southern cross has always been my holy grail but even if one does go up for sale I doubt that I would even be able to afford it. but who knows maybe one day

I always find it to see how differently people play the same riffs. CFH in particular. A piece of advice for anyone having trouble with it or just find it odd to pick the main riffs, start with an up stroke. It makes it waaaaaayyyyyy easier to groove into it.
