I started running the flat line V-bar on my Triax. It’s a pretty heavy rig especially coming off a 2012 heli-m.
But I am rock solid and deadly with it.
Hey guys what size do you recommend for the back bar. I was thinking 12 inch for front 8 for back. Also do I just get a vbar mount and then buy two separate stabilizers or does it come as a kit ? Thanks
Does the bee stinger stabilizers work with these mounts?
Would that work on Apex Stabilizers ?
I disagree, longer stabilizers in front and shorter in the back. I know it's personal preference. Just my opinion.
How did You get 5 weights on the flatline? I can only get 4 on mine 😅
I would like to know that to mine doesn’t have enough threads to put 5 on it
I'm wondering the same
I don't know why Mathews designed their stabilizer weights like that, short and fat. I bought some cheap aftermarket ones that are tall and skinny and I can fit 8oz on there.
How did you get 5 ounces on? They only fit 4
Are there v-bar mounts ambidextrous? I shoot LH and want to make sure before buying one. Thanks!
Yes, it is ambidextrous!
The back bar isn't used for of setting weight of your sight and quiver. It's used to make you engage muscles to help you aim more steady.
Nate's Archery Experience what do you mean ? I’m curious
@@pennyontrack watch the video Thing A Week #17 "stabilizers". It's alot to type out.
Nate's Archery Experience thank you
Tim Gillingham has a video also and completely disagrees with that. The side bar is to counteract the site and quiver. The side bar is to balance the bow and allow you to hold on your target longer. I mean the guy is a world class competitive shooter and big game hunter.
Nate's Archery Experience I use a back bar to offset the weight of my sight and quiver.. as well as offset the top heavy feel of my bow and hold on target steadier.
So a $150+ stabilizer comes with ONE 1ounce weight😂 and they cost 10$ per weight... Jesus Mathews come on
So uneccisary that is just going to add weight be it only 5 oz still adding weight and only get in the way of the shot. ( get hung up 9n leg or blind ect. KISS. Keep it simple stupid.
That 5 oz makes one hell of a difference to help calm the big buck fever when drawing on a booner!
