A reunion tour with Tony Martin is something we really need!
2025 Iommi solo album with Martin - TAKE MY MONEY!
Even better what about a headless cross album just like they did with heaven and hell the devil you know
Would be great if only possible.
Iommi might not want to do a full tour but some special select shows would be nice.
With also Geezer and Rondinelli.
May be in the minority with this, but the Tony Martin era is my favorite era of Sabbath.
Without a doubt the most underrated era in Sabbath's history.

Black Sabbath Headless Cross Full Album Documentary 'Baptized With Fire'
For once I agree with the use of the term "underrated!" I saw all of the Tony Martin Sabbath shows in Los Angeles and they didn't disappoint!
Yes, and it was so good, Headless Cross, TYR, The Eternal Idol, Cross Purposes are great albums
@@conspiracionesyyou forgot forbidden lol
@@Guido.Fawkes.1 That is the only one I didn't like from his era
"Tyr" and "Headless Cross" are among the best stuff BS ever came up with... Tony Martin was at the top of his game back then. Brilliant singer!
Mr.Iommi is the absolute lord of dark metal riffs, while Tony Martin is an exceptional vocalist.Time for a new album?
The Tony Martin albums are my favourite Black Sabbath albums.
Tony Martin is criminally underrated. He has a great voice!
Arguably better than Dio!
@@SonnyGTADio is best ever heavy metal vocal and Dio is from other planet,Martin on Headless Cros album is copy of Dio not bad but him is copy, not even close to dio,Martin live perfomance is very bad,Dio live is God.
@@SonnyGTA LOL, go see a doctor.
When death calls = epic masterpiece
Reunion tour please!!! Headless Cross would be a good name for the band.
No! It should be what it is. Black Sabbath! Tony is Sabbath. Period.
I’d pay any amount of money to see a headless cross reunion ❤
@@azwris Sharon wouldn't let it. That's why the Dio reunion was called Heaven & Hell.
@@Ausemere That's not why.
@@AusemereTony Iommi and Ozzy Osborne are 50/50 co- owners of the Black Sabbath name and it's a business not just a band . Three original members of the band must participate for it to be called Black Sabbath .
I remember being blown away hearing Headless Cross on Headbangers Ball. It had that aura.
It's a shame many overlook the Tony Martin era. What a vocalist, the first time i heard "Anno Mundi" my jaw was on the floor.
Same here.
Don't care what anyone says, but I like the Dio and Tony Martin era the most. More my style. But do like the Ozzy era, just not as much as Dio and Tony Martin.
Sabbath foreverrrrrrr 👍👍👍👍👏👏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
How great it would be to see a tour with these two legends.
Cozy Powell is a massive impact on that album
Hugely underrated era for Sabbath. TYR is still one of my all time favorite albums with Headless Cross a close second.
Totally with you on Tyr. I had it on tape and wore it out. Oddly I haven’t been able to find it on anything like Spotify or Apple or really anything modern other than UA-cam
It's time for Tony and Tony to tour together again. Call the band headless cross, do an album and play mostly martin era sabbath tunes. It would be awesome. Get bob Daisely on bass and rondinelli on drums!
Id say Neil Murray for that era rather then Daisley, but whatever, make that happen. Tony+Tony tour ❤❤❤
So happy to see these two together again.

There is little chemistry between Tony and Tony, though.
Yup same
An Iommi and Martin reunion is what we need. Love that era of Sabbath!
So much greetings from Russia to these two incredible English gentleman's.
I could listen to Iommi all day. Good to see him healthy. My lifes sound track is Iommi riffs
Tony Iommi, I respect you a lot!
greetings from Ukraine
Legends and those records with Martin are amazing

Bloody hell I would love for them to tour.
I miss these days so bad. Music was my life and this Sabbath was f’ing amazing. Martins lyrics and Iommis guitar. And my beloved Cozy. Miss him. Still listening to headless cross in 2024. Cause dam sure ain’t nothing that good these days.

Agreed..I couldn't even watch the Tomorrow's Dream they realeased a few hrs ago!!yh I know it's from 2017 sessions, but my god only the instrument sounded good!!couldn't take it 🤣😂,and I'm a Sabbath Fan,all 50+yrs!! I'd rather listen to 7th Star stuff then what I heard a few hrs ago..
67 YR OLD METAL HEAD & LOVE & STILL DO BLACK SABBATH! OZZY SOLO ALBUMS ARE BLEEDING ROCK ON! DIO WAS A GREAT FRONT MAN!❤
@@Russell-hd1pm oh yh..only mid 40s lol,got into Sab in 90,I was a teen but all around LOVE ALL 50+YRS..got it all,got all of Oz and dio,LOVE DIO AS WELL..and im not trying to put it down lol,but I started listening and when Oz sang,I went whoa shit!!he just don't just even sound like he wants to even be there!!I'd rather listen to that song,if that be the case from Vol 4 or live at last lol..I respect Oz but I would have wanted to see him between 88-95..FOR ME..✌️🥃
I love all the albums that Sabbath did with Tony Martin, massively underrated part of their catalog.
This was MY Sabbath 🙌🏻🤘🏻🤍 Bought these albums as a teenager when they first came out and loved them, especially TYR !
I absolutely love the albums with Tony Martin. A fantastic singer and frontman
If you haven't heard the Tony Martin era Sabbath you've missed out on some fantastic music, love every album!
BRING US A REUNION TOUR WITH TONY MARTIN!!!!
Love this era of Sabbath!
Cozy Powell's contribution to those albums cannot be overstated. Guy was incredible how he could dip in and out of Tony's riffs with the drums and cymbals is something quite marvelous. Miss that guy something fierce. ❤🎸 🥁 ❤
Preordered the CD set. I didn’t even know about the Martin era a month ago and now I can’t stop listening to it. Headless Cross is a magnificent album.

I'm so glad people are finding out about those records I hope you enjoy 🤘
awesome, man. I bought mine in 1990 and I didn't know anything about Tony Martin. Got amazed by the first play of Headless Cross. Tyr is my second TM's fav.
Don’t forget Eternal Idol album, Martin sang on that one too and it’s not included in the box set.
An excellent decision to buy those albums. Without exaggeration, I assure you that over the years you will like those beautiful albums even more, Tony Martin is a great singer, I love that era as much as everything they did before.
TONY MARTIN IS THE BEST!!! Yes im yelling!!!
Tony is such an underrated singer
This might have been their best line-ups!!!
Incredible album and Martin's vocals were immense!
It is really nice seeing these two gentlemen together and talking... 😊
It’s awesome to see these two metal legends reunited at last
best vocal performance on headless cross. devil and daughter and when death calls was amazing
I am a fan of Black Sabbath. I don't pick which singer or band members to listen to I like all Black Sabbath.
I agree with you!
That was what true fans do my friend. I totally agree with you.
Glad to see Mr. Tony Martin getting some love. Anno mundi is my favorite song with him on vocals.
As time has gone on I’ve learnt to appreciate this era, a really good lineup. Cozy Powell was a great fit for Sabbath
Recently, I've been listening a lot to Martin-era Sabbath - some great material.
Shame people ignore the Tony Martin era with Sabbath.
The Headless Cross was a superb album.
Tony was a fine singer!
Wish the Two Tony's would reform and do a tour together!
Always loved the shots of Cozy in that video, love his drumming style so much man. Hard hitting, but he swings with it and it's always musical. Headless Cross is one of my all time favourite albums. Cheers to the Two Tony's.
Check out "Touch and Go" by ELP and you'll wonder how many times the techs had to replace heads with Cozy destroying them.
@@tomgrossnickle9705I misread your post at first man, lol. Yes indeed I hear you there lol.
It's going to be wonderful when this box set arrives. This era of the band may finally get at least some of the recognition it has deserved for far too long.
So glad to see you two gentlemen together again.
Tony Martin might be my favourite Sabbath Singer.
I'm also seeing alot of people here saying a reunion tour with these two gentlemen would be great to see.
Remember everybody, Tony Iommi has cancer in remission, and he's afraid of it coming out of remission. Soooo......
As far as a reunion tour with Tony Martin would be great to see, don't count on it.....
Just be happy with what these two guys gave us in Black Sabbath.
Headless Cross is one of the greatest Black Sabbath albums. A "Headless Cross" progect playing live those amazing albums of Tony Martin era of Black Sabbath will be just amazing.....we miss the melodic dark Black Sabbath!
So great to see the amazing Tony Martin era being appreciated! So many killer songs and brilliant riffs! ♥️💯🔥
Os bons tempos voltaram, queremos material novo com Tony Martin.
It's a great moment for a reunion with Tony! A tour and maybe an album!
Here in the US, NOBODY knew Sabbath had a new album out, it seemed. I was in high school, and happened across the Headless Cross video on MTV Headbangers Ball. I quickly went out and bought the cassette, which was readily available in stores. That was the beginning of my Sabbath journey, and the Tony Martin era is my favorite to this day!
Great, I love this period of Black Sabbath.
Those albums were amazing, a unique time period in Sabbath's career
Was fortunate enough to see Sabbath with Martin twice: at the infamous riot gig in Athens, Greece in 1987 and in Philadelphia, USA 1994 Cross Purposes tour. He was magnificent. Top of his game. Please Tony Iommi, do a reunion tour. Don't care if it can't be under the Sabbath monicker. Name the band Headless Cross, whatever. Hell, even if you call it The Majestic Polka Dancers from Outer Space, we will still come by the thousands.
Tony is a great singer. Love the era.
Tony Martin not only kept Sabbath alive, he made 3 amazing albums that you can put against any top metal albums of the 80s and 90s with Headless Cross, Tyr and Eternal Idol
Cross Purposes was also a banger.
5 also Cross Purposes and Forbidden, & 6 if include Live Cross Purposes
Cross Purposes is the best of this list
Yes is pretty good, but my fav is Headless Cross.
great times, with a great album
Black Sabbath changed my life. And does to this day , Thank You All .
Thank you Mr Iommi for so many years of great music . Loved it my whole life.......
"Rise up!to the shining".Get chills just thinking about it.Those Tony Martin/Sabbath albums were awesome!
One thing for sure Tony sure knew how to pick a great set of pipes to front his band. Quite a few singers black Sabbath had and not a single one was bad.
ANNO DOMINI would be a great name for a touring band to promote the new BOX, just a few selected gigs. How marvellous would be....
Love TYR and Forbidden. I would love to see a reunion show with Martin.
I can't wait Tony Martin is my favorite Black Sabbath singer
Likewise!!! :)

Black Sabbath Headless Cross Full Album Documentary 'Baptized With Fire'
Headless Cross album is an immortal masterpiece. I still listen to it since it was out. And I totally loved each Sabbath album with Tony Martin on vocals. Stunning voice, very great melodies, amazing sound, superb songwriting in those albums. Much love and respect from Italy, mr. Iommi.
You've been the soundtrack of my whole youth.
Can't wait for the box set!!! The only Tony Martin era album I have is The Eternal Idol deluxe cd. Hope there are other parts to this interview also!!!! Hail Sabbath!
Please!!!! Sabbath with the Two Tonys, WE NEED THAT NOW!!!!!!! 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤩🤩
When I hear and enjoy those albums I feel like someone with an extremely good taste in music.
Al fin !!!!! Cuántos años me hiciste esperar Iommi !!! Ahora todo lo que viene es alegría.
Tyr is one of my favourite albums. I was disappointed that it wasn't on Spotify
i always thought the Cross Purposes album was criminally underrated as well.
If they did a Tony Martin reunion tour, I swear it would be as popular as the Ozzy and RJD reunions.
No, it wouldn't.
Love this! Tyr and Headless Cross were two of the finest metal albums ever released.
Very very underrated era of Sabbath, but there's many great songs ...
At least put again on straming platforms please...
The best era of Sabbath!
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good to see you both in the same room! With Cross Purposes just celebrating 30th Anniversary in January, wondering if you will be sharing some memories of that album and the tour. I was fortunate enough to talk to Bobby Rondinelli about it at a Blue Oyster Cult concert, August 2000 in Calgary, Alberta.
I am SO glad this is happening. Headless Cross and Tyr are absolutely amazing and deserve all the attention they get and more. Hopefully this means we can get a Born Again remaster as well soon.
Cozy was one of the most significant drummers in Rock history , examine the timeline of his career- he emerged with the most historic bands at the most important times in Rock history
When are the Tony Martin albums going to receive credit for their greatness, and where they sit in the Sabbath discography? Eternal Idol is killer - indeed they all are!
the first concert I ever went to on my own was Black Sabbath during the Headless Cross / Tyr era. so happy that this rerelease is finally happening! 🎉❤ brings back memories. 🤘😊
Headless Cross is an all time favorite of mine, play it all the time. I actually maybe play it too often, but it is that good. Great to see you guys again, you should do another album coz Tony has so many riffs unused.
Nice interview, is beautiful and touching to see you together again.
It would be even more exciting to see Iommi and Martin form a band including also Geezer and Rondinelli (the formation of Cross Purposes basically), make an album and go for a tour.
The Iommi/Martin era in Black Sabbath is awesome!
I got Headless Cross when it came out (in the USA) , and liked it pretty well among the non-Ozzy and non-Dio albums.
Cool stories from Tony & Tony!
Even if it was just for one show, please do a Tony Martin/Sabbath reunion show where only Martin era songs are played! Similar to the Heaven & Hell project, and release it on blu ray and CD!!
Brian May solo on When Death Calls is stellar!
I knew about it here in Australia. Fucken blew me away. Brilliant album.
This is literally surreal! It's just amazing to see you two again, and in good spirits. Anticipating my box set and hoping for something more to happen between the two T's. All these years, waiting for this to happen, has finally paid of. Im thankful. 🙏❤️🤘🔥🤘
From America and I loved it!!!
Always felt for Tony, but in reality the man could belt it out, right singer at the right time.
Both legendary musicians!
Two gentlemen who made great music together!
I said that in other video, Headless Cross if my first memory of a song EVER. I was born in 89, and remember being 5yo listening to this record. I had no idea I was being introduced to metal. It is such an important album for me that I still have the record which was my dad’s
Banger of an album! 🤘
The best Sabbath record hands down. Tony Martin was Sabbath's best singer, and with the remasters a lot more people will hear these phenomenal albums. Can't wait to buy the box set!
Saw you guys in Milwaukee at the Eagles Ballroom the Cross Purposes tour. Sounded great! No easy task for that room for sure. Hearing Into The Void was a religious experience, and I'm an atheist! Motorhead opened, Lemmy at the Rave Bar downstairs drinking us under the table. Thank you!
Underappreciated era love Headless Cross I was in that stadium Luzhniki a few years later never new wow
