    namaste mam... i do this yog practice daily since 15 days to see your yoga vedio.. but i have 1 doubt. i cant match your timing.. my moves getting slow may be.. first i see your moves in vedio and then do yoga like you.. so that i cant match your yog when you change type.
    what should i do for this

    Mam I want to ask..as I'm doing yoga at home by myself.
    Is there any side effect of doing yoga? And how much time does it take to show results for irregular periods or no periods.

      There is no side effect if you are practicing correctly. Every body have some body flexibility and structure issue so if your yoga posture not meeting with Teacher, it's all okay. Attempt the asana mindfully and practice in correct way with your mind first, then coordinate your body and breath movement. 2-3 months consistent practice you will witness change/ result

      Yes, do it. The more you enjoy body movement and breath coordination, the more effective it will become. and take good rest too to avoid muscle tiredness

    Muze 5-6 months se period ke 10-12 pehle se hi pet - kamar me dard hone lagta hai halka halka. Jaise jaise period date pas aata hai pain badne lagta hai. Conceive bhi nahi ho raha. 😔. I am underweight.

    Mam mere name neha hai i am unmarried mere period irregular hota hai 2019 se starting me 6 month fir 3to 4 month period nhi aata tha bich me mena dr ko dihkya normal iron or m2 tone to 2_3 regular aaya fir se whi prblm 2_3 montj period nhi aata kuch din phala dr se chukup karvya sonography report me pcod aaya ab fir se marko whi prblm 2_3 period nhi aana agar aa v jaye to 1_3 bs rhna heavy flow pain hona bhuat weghit v increase ho gaye mood swimming, sweating, depression mujhe bhuat tension ho gaya please mujhe apn weghit v loss krna period v regular or depression v dur krna please suggest kijiye

      have contact on ovulation day or before ovulation day or say ovulation week, and Keep Practicing Yoga. In fact natural conceiving too take time 6 months to one Year

    Mam, I am new viewer of your channel and I have practiced some of your yoga today.. I have PCOS.. I have taken medicines as prescribed by doctor... As a result my periods comes on date but during periods day my blood flow becomes very low and periods lasts for only 1-2 day... What should I do to become pregnant??? Please help mam🙏...

      Hi Priyanka, welcome
      Yoga will help in regularizing the PCOS and irregular Period issue. Having 1-2 days period is Normal as every women period cycle and timing differs. Be positive with your body and don't doubt it, Pregnancy happens on Ovulation day only. Ovulation days happens 14 days before Period date. Having contact before ovulations days , week, on ovulation day works. plus enjoy partner time too. Natural pregnancy takes 6 months to One year time

      Yes, if you are having contact every alternate day (leaving periods days ) chances are higher that on Ovulation day Sperm fertilizes egg. And Keep practicing yoga without any stress
