He used to tour 300 days in one year so he blew his voice. since Hardwired they tour less with bunch of time to rest between the gigs. that is the key, he sounds beyond great for almost a decade now. I would never imagined James from 2000s to be able to sound like this. he was awful back then.

The studio version is amazing, but this brings the song to a whole new level and makes it feel alive. These songs are composed to be played live! Really hope they will play all songs from the album on this tour, so we can make a playlist with the best live version for each one. It is the same with Death Magnetic. All songs sound miles better with the new live mix (the Copenhagen remix/remaster from 2021). If only they could re-release more shows from the Magnetic tour with a new mix so we can have all songs with better sound would be a dream come true for me.

They wanna just jam and play concerts. James sounds better then ever, lars playing well, kirk and rob had alot of input on this album so they are happy. This is metallica in 2023 and I love it. This album is definitely a grower, so much more than what it is at first glance. Honestly feels like it fits in releasing after Load/Reload or in a perfect world, Black album

One of the tracks with the best intros in the album, I like the main riff as well, reminds me of something on death magnetic or hardwired but I still can't put my hands on it. I am happy listening to all those new songs live. I hope they play every single track live.
