If I have a general (not seated) ticket, I'm the kind of person who will arrive an hour-and-a-half before the doors open, wait in the queue, quickly buy two or three beers before the opening act comes on, find a good spot near the front of the stage and wait there all night until the main act comes on. When I've gone with friends, we normally start to queue up 10-15 minutes before the "doors open" time and we get in while the opening act is playing. Then during the breaks between the sets, they might want to go to the bathroom or get a beer, so I have to go with them. By the time the main act plays, I'm way in the back.

@@RyanLang7 they’ve just transposed the riff to Ab instead of going to G in the live tuning. I think they are doing it out of ease of playing because the original riff in key is quite the challenge, fretting wise. That’s really the only reason I can think of.
The energy of the band is soo freaking much, despite of everyone in their 60s ❤❤❤
Fucking incredible. Props to Rob too. He nailed this record…Hardwired was alright… a lot of (000000000000000000000000)
So much more grove and Rob applying himself-especially with the vox-just, hats off. Everyone’s killing it.
Rallye love full New album 72 seasons ! Great one and so great lyrics ! Thanks Metallica to keep made albums and stages. Respect since 84 ,85 until now !😉👊💥💥💥🤘⚡🎸🥁🎙🤘🤘 Hell yeah
The new album is great in live
Metallica, thank you for everything! You are the band of my life.
That incredible intro reminds me of the intro to Blackened, loved it
Sounds like old school Metallica to me!! Awesome!!
I can't believe weeks ago I was screaming WRAAAATH OF MAAAAAN and rn I'm watching this on my bed, it feels unreal🥺😭
Agreed.
How does James sound so fucking good? It's unbelievable honestly. And 72 seasons album as a whole sounds monstrous and amazing live! LONG LIVE THE MIGHTY METALLICA!!!!
man they are killing it live, this is definitely faster than album
The entire show should be 100% the new album! Bravo!
grammy well deserved great song
That intro tape is kickass
The sound is just incredible live for these guys. You can tell they still love the music, and playing together. Brings a smile to my face watching 10 year olds screaming "wrath of man!!"
Hell yes 🤘 🤘 🤘
Rob his singing is AMAZING!! I was there, It was Incredible
Definitely appreciate the effort he's putting in.
James STAY ON THAT HORSE brother original fan from 1985 you guys look great and the music is as POWERFUL as ever! Let's Goooooo!
Ain't no one does it better than my boys. Fantastic performance!
Metallica hasn't sounded this tight and in sync in a long time. Lars is keeping a steady tempo, James and Kirk are in almost perfect unison with each other, James' vocals don't sound tired, and Rob is killing the bass and backing vocals.
Props to Rob, his bass on this album can be HEARD and loud. His vicals is a joy to me.
the whole band is killing it
Top notch vocals from James...amazing
No doubt, this is the best album of Trujillo's era.
Jesus they sound amazing!
James' voice sounds amazing!!! And Rob has improved his backing vocals too!
The guys sound amazing live, I'm so happy for them, they're enjoying it and James looks happy and healthy!
Metallica!
Awesome album throughout all twelve tracks. Well worth the wait.
My second favourite album, ever. Behind Ride the Lightning
Can't agree more! Best front-to-back listening in a long long while
Was expecting a master of puppets like album.
Disappointed to be honest.
If this is their last album, they should have finished very strong and should do all out (in recording and live performance) like they did in 1986.
This is such a playfull album they put out and you clearly see they enjoy it the fullest tearing it up live as well. 🤘
Sounding tight. Rob's doing a good job now with his backing vocals . Theres a few of the new tracks I really can't get into but I do like this one .
Sounds even better live! Especially that solo! Awesome!!
Metallica still sounding so powerful on the new albums and live version, awesome! 🤘
In my days, when we went to a Metallica concert, we banged our heads off. Today, people are different. Standing around and recording videos seems to be more fun nowadays. Sad but true.
rob is truly killing it here. i mean they are all, but robs backing vocals here are truly on that next level
That moment of absolute joy on Lars' face is priceless 8:48
I adore this album! Long live Metallica!
The best album since 30 years, the best band since 40 years! METALLICA FOREVER
I went to the show that evening. First Metallica show ever. Such an amazing experience! Right now reliving the hype from the moment itself 🤘
I just love you guys....forever and ever ..
I really hope this comes out as a full two-show DVD.
Me too!!
I was surprised with how many they did for Death Magnetic, we didn’t get one for Hardwired. They have 2 absolute banger albums that need the DVD treatment
The sound is amazing i can feel the music in every single piece of my body. You can hear every instrument if you close your eyes and identify each guitar and when james or kirk are playing their parts
72 seasons riff is unbelievable original and jaw dropping amazing. Best riff since Justice. Soooo heavy!!!!!!
Lars is having the time of his life drumming this song, and I’m here for it and love it
Un abrazo enorme

Guitar players - There's something about how they play 72 in THIS video that I can't seem to understand. During the bridge section(5:30)...the album version is played on the 4th fret(A flat), but in this video they are both clearly playing open A string. The rest of the song seems normal(how I would play it). What am I missing? Are they doing tuning trickery with the Helix/Kemper? (Ignoring that this is played half step down live as a whole)
I was watching to figure out how they played the bridge section yea this really weird stuff glad somebody else noticed 😮
Still searching for the answer to this... Anyone?!
I felt so dumb when I realised I barely took any pictures/videos at the shows. Now I see myself back in this video living in the moment! Thank you Metallica!!!!
If only everyone had that attitude.
That’s a good thing though!
Thanks!! It was amazing! I went solo and met some really cool people!!
@@Sara-gy8wf going solo is way better, in my opinion. You can really let your hair down and go wild, without worrying about anyone you know seeing you.
Also, I find that when I go with other people, they're never as much as a fan as I am.
I take a few photos at various times throughout a show and maybe a short video or two. I try to actively watch musicians perform. I feel I actually remember more later on
I'm so proud from myself I became Metallica fan as a kid and untill now :) This guys are timeless. Even after all these years as an oldboys, the keeping the highest level of rockin', and James's voice- it's still incredible amazing!!! Amsterdam concert was perfect live! Especially 2nd day. See you in Paris!
Major props to Robs backings vocals here!
Metallica is the real rock legends.. Never disappoints the fans and the audiences.. always giving the best performing.. I love Metallica 🤟🔥🔥❤😎
Wow they sound incredible, James is at the top of his game vocally and the band is so in tune with each other!
Thank you Metallica so much for all these masterpieces in HD!!!!
The greatest band of all time. My idols!
Those brothers are flying above the SKY 🙏🤘
Insane how this song is even better live. Love the album 72 Seasons more and more. It’s about to slide into my top 4 Metallica albums.
immense!! This is the most together they’ve looked and sounded in a long time! James is mega in the zone 🤘🤘🤘
I was at this show. They sounded very good live
