4 Vegan Meals I Just Can't Live Without | High Protein, Easy Meals I Eat Every Week

Peanut butter tofu:
- 1 block firm tofu
- 2 TBSP runny salted PB
- 1 TBSP sweet chilli sauce
- juice of half a fresh lime
- salt & pepper
- toss & mix well & roast for 15-20 minutes until crispy
- serve with a huge salad or starches or your choice :)
High protein mixed yogurt bowl:
- 200-300g plain soy (or coconut yogurt)
- 1/2 scoop vanilla vivolife protein (above)
- frozen raspberries, bloobs
- fresh strawbs (or any fresh fruit of choice)
- 2 TBSP hemp seeds
- handful of crumbled 90% dark chocolate
- 1-2 TBSP runny salted PB or almond butter (or any nut butter)
Tripple chickpea pasta:
- 200-300g chickpea pasta (or as much as you would use)
- 1 can rinsed & drained chickpeas
- red bell peppers or carrots
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- salt & pepper
- drizzle of garlic oil (or just use lemon juice for oil free)
- 2-3 TBSP hummus
- juice of 1 fresh lemon
- make as shown & enjoy with a big leafy green salad :)
Sweet potato edamame bowl:
- 2 good size Japanese sweet potatoes (or any potatoes of choice)
- green beens
- edamame beans
- peas (remember don'y over cook you want a little bite to them)
- juice of 1 fresh lime
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- salt & pepper
- drizzle of good tunny Arabic tahini & sriracha if you're like me!

This could sound weird, but I really appreciate the bigger portion sizes. You see so many people with their tiny lil bowls of nonsense. I workout and eat a lot of food! It's refreshing to see!❤️

Try tofu burger fucken amazing
Kitchen pro tip: Mix stuff with little amounts of the liquid first! It's way easier to mix powder in very little yoghurt and then thin it out with the rest of the yoghurt. Works also really good with cocoa in cold milk, protein powder in water, etc.

Totally understand Bro. I work on a 4 on and 4 off shift pattern. I Work nights driving trucks so sleeping all day.. My main meal, waking up around 2pm,Pre prepped loads of veg and kale with quinoa. Couple of salad sandwiches for lunch around midnight and Then a beautiful oaty breakfast around 6am, including frozen fruit and banana and seeds. Love my life dudes!!

Thin out the hummus with a little pasta cooking water for a creamier sauce . Yum....
Put a little bit of yoghurt and add the protein...mix and then put the rest of the yoghurt. IS SO MORE FASTER

I watched this yesterday because I was bored of everything I eat. Went to Sainsbury’s this morning to buy a bunch of stuff to make these things only to see you in the Sainsbury’s down my ends!! I literally did a double take. If you remember someone squinting at you that was me (forgot my contact lenses). Anyway the soy yogurt with protein powder, berries and dark chocolate...delicious!

"I use oil sparingly" 🤣 The oil on the chickpeas is more than my week's worth of the stuff! However, everything does look nice, and will also be very tasty without the oil and the peanut butter (very oily as well). The hummus pasta and sweet potato bean salad are genius. Well done!
