Wow.. one epic bake session. These machines are wonderful to get one started on the homemade journey. From my experience they lead to a lot of delicious and healthier options. I now let my machine do everything but the baking part now as I like to shape my bread before the last rise and bake in the oven for a toaster friendly and my size sandwich portion. I even started on the sourdough journey out of the now curiosity because of this machine. Can’t say I love sourdough but I love all the breads I have made in my machine 🤗
I would say it’s almost room temp. I gather all my ingredients and measure my milk first and let it set while I gather the rest. Then I add all the items one after the other. Thanks for watching !!
Thx for all the recipes, I just got my bread machine last week. You should get you a bread slicer for even cuts. Temu has them way cheaper than Amazon. My 1st loaf was pumpkin bread and it came out great. I listened to one lady who said to premix the ingredients before just dumping everything in. Came out great!
Thanks for the tip! and Thanks for Watching !! I heard about the premix too but to me if the machine will do it, then I’m gonna let the machine do it. Of course, one of the perks of a bread machine is that there are many ways to make bread and anyway you do it will be fine. again, thanks for watching !!

The Oster was given to me and that’s how I got into bread machines. It was pretty old and kind of dinged up so to me it was a big upgrade. For me, I like the shape of the Cuisinart bread better than the Oster but that’s just a personal opinion. Most of the functions I found pretty similar and on the Cuisinart, I prefer the light crust setting the most and on the other one I could do regular or dark sometimes and it was fine so overall, I think the Cuisinart cooks a little darker but being newer and the shape is why I like it. Thanks for Watching !!
You would add Pectin. The grape jam video does not have any Pectin in it. When I did it I liked the idea of making jam with just sugar and the fruit. Great question, and Thanks for Watching!!!
Negative Nelly’s get a grip of yourselves 🤬 Instead of pointing out flaws like a bunch of self righteous aholes, you could just nicely comment for others to learn a trick or two 🤔 crazy concept right.. Example #1 if you find your bread collapsing it could be you opened the machine to many times. Be patient and trust the process. Example #2 before the last rise you can dump your dough to remove the paddle. Then put dough back in and let it finish the program. No hole on the bottom 👍🏻 Much more informative, useful and kinder. Share your knowledge not your ego
It does! I just like the “Light Crust” setting. In my bread machine I have three different settings with the “light” being the lowest setting. Thanks for Watching!!
I know you have to when making videos, but stop opening the lid and the top won't collapse. You're letting out all the heat. Keep it closed for a better loaf.
Alot of recipies but they are all wrong . And when making jams you need pectin to reduce sugar , your big pot of jam will only last one week . Also what is conveinient is to pause the machine to remove the paddle. Way too much yeast and you should use milk instead of water.
The good thing about recipes is that they’re made to be adjusted to the user preference. Feel free to take these recipes and adjust as needed. Thanks for Watching!!
All well and good to post recipes BUT using volume measures isnt at all accurate when bread making. Americans dont seem to realize that there is a world outside where cup sizes vary. Weights on the other hand are universal so no matter where you are, a gram is a gram and an ounce is an ounce.
Thanks for finding my videos. These videos are meant as a reference that you can follow or adjust if needed. Just like how all bread machines are not the same and recipes might need to be adjusted to fit. Feel free to adjust to fit your needs. Thanks for watching!!!
About half way through you stopped telling us which bread you were making. Then had to divide my attention between the transcript and the video. Are you able to fix that? Otherwise very interesting.
Thanks for the feedback. I did it on the single videos to speed it up and get right to the point. I felt that the couple seconds taken out was redundant. I see your point and I might add it back in on the next set of compilation videos. Thanks for watching !!
@adelechicken6356 ... Hi AChicken ~ I'm glad to see, via your Comment that You have ''no issues'' with giving ... rude, snotty, sarcastic, pompous, negative as well as 'mean spirited' [Your tone I am referring to here] advice - ''so'' ... I have a Comment [some advice] for You ... *Negative Nellies* OR *Karen's* like YOU should AVOID the Inter-net (at allll costs please) WHY ? ... for the WELFARE of the Rest of Us : ( ! ~ Anyways, hopefully you'll not return to this channel again by spewing your venom on this poor lady OR the rest of us anytime soon !! In the meantime, I'm sure you're out at the supermarket giving more RUDE, SARCASTIC UN-solicited ''etc'' advice whilst looking at others shopping Carts & advising them WHY there's Too Much Fat in that Product OR why are they Buying too many Pre-made Foods & if not that, probably giving them MORE ''un-welcome'' advice on WHY their kids should not sit in the Cart that like that [or] telling a tired & ''doing the best she can'' Mom that their kid is drinking their Juice box the Wrong way etc eeeek !! ~ P.S. I was the one who gave you a THUMBS DOWN & I'm NOT shy in admitting that, b/c YOU deserve it : ) !!!! Oh, & btw, Have a Good Weekend ; )
Love this so helpful also love the measurements in cups instead of mm
So glad! Thanks for watching!!

I have the same cuisinart bread machine - there is a signal to remove the stirring paddle so you don’t have the paddle hole in your loaf of bread read
You’re right about the paddle. Sometimes I remove the paddle and sometimes I don’t.
It just depends. Thanks for watching !!!

Thanks so much! 😊 Thanks for watching !!
thank you thank you thank you fresh or frozen fruit if frozen do you defrost and drain off liquid
You can do both. If frozen you would want to defrost first.
cool
Thanks for Watching !!
I guess I’m about to find out but I hope you meant bread flour in the Italian herb ranch bread recipe
You can use both bread flour or regular flour. I’ve done both and they both turned out great Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the video! I noticed you upgraded from the Oster to the Cuisinart. Could you share how they compare? Was the Cuisinart a major upgrade?
The Oster was given to me and that’s how I got into bread machines. It was pretty old and kind of dinged up so to me it was a big upgrade. For me, I like the shape of the Cuisinart bread better than the Oster but that’s just a personal opinion. Thanks!
How would I make the jam thicker, for instance the grape jam?
You would add Pectin. The grape jam video does not have any Pectin in it. When I did it I liked the idea of making jam with just sugar and the fruit. Great question, and Thanks for Watching!!!
Cinnamon bread which setting?
I just used the white bread setting. Thanks for watching!!

That machine doesn't brown the bread on top!
It does! I just like the “Light Crust” setting. In my bread machine I have three different settings with the “light” being the lowest setting. Thanks for Watching!!

Yeah, I know. 😊That part of the video is my favorite part and I try to keep it as short as possible. Thanks for watching !!

I say the bread looks great!
I am new to the bread machine and love your videos. I am finding that volume measurements are making fantastic bread for me.
Thank you. Thanks for watching !
EXACTLY!!

Ugh no need for music
Thanks for Watching!!
Had to stop watching after you murdered that first loaf! For goodness sake get a decent bread knife or wait until the bread has cooled a bit. 😢😢😢😢😢
Thanks for the tip on how I can improve my videos. Thanks you for watching !
What a cruddy thing to say. If you don’t like, simply go away. You must be one miserable person to strike at someone giving you something for free!
