      You could try googling the make/model # of your machine and find the user manual that way. You could print it off or just save the file. I've done that for many machines I've picked up at thrift shops.

    This looks delicious. I just bought a bread machine and will make this. So do you take the dough out just before the baking stage and after the fermentation stage??

    • @helpfulnatural
      @helpfulnatural  День тому +1

      I first use the dough cycle for mixing, kneading and rising. I then remove the dough to roll it out, add the filling, roll it up in a spiral, then place it back into the machine, (be sure to remove the paddle first), then let it rise. Do not turn on the machine again until the dough has risen, about 30-45 minutes. Once the rising is done, then turn on the machine and use the bake-only cycle to finish the loaf. For reference I use this method in several of my bread machine videos. Hope this helps. And yes, it's delicious!

    Please help. I can hear the machine run, but the batter blade does not move. Can you please tell me how to make the batter blade work.

    • @helpfulnatural
      @helpfulnatural  Місяць тому

      Was it stuck before adding any ingredients to the pan? Also, did you remove the blade the last time you used the machine? If it was left in the pan when washing but not removed, there could be dough that got stuck underneath the blade and around the post, then was baked on during the baking cycle. The way I fixed this on one of my previous machines was to grab the blade with one hand, and grab the gear mechanism on the under side of the pan with the other hand. Twist the 2 pieces back and forth in opposite directions until the baked on dough cracks and releases the blade from the pan.

    My bread machine is not in this position it’s stands up how can I make it work

    • @helpfulnatural
      @helpfulnatural  Місяць тому

      If you mean the loaf pan is more vertical, try making the swirl as shown in the video, then instead of trying to lay the rolled dough flat in the pan, stand it up on one end. Then when the loaf is baked and cooled, lay it on its side for slicing.

    Can I ask why it’s left to cool down?

    • @helpfulnatural
      @helpfulnatural  Місяць тому

      How old is your yeast? Test a small amount of it to see if it reacts. It also could have over-proofed which can cause it to collapse during baking. Another reason could be that the filling ingredients were not evenly distributed where all the cheese migrated to the center of the dough and weighed it down?

    • @latitude1904

      When bread drops in the middle top side, it usually means it's too much liquid. Add just a bit (3-4 Tbsp) more flour and try again. With this recipe, when you rolled it out, was it sticky?
