"Dead Salmon" might have a longer shelf life and not look dated as quickly (ironic), but "Sulking Room Pink" is really The Color right now.

Definitely not the pink (if this is your permanent filming room)! I remember back when emilynoel had hers walls pink it was always skewing the color of the makeup she was wearing and it drove me nuts

SULKING ROOM PINK IS SO BEAUTIFUL. I think Dead Salmon suits your vibe the most, both in name and in colour 😜
I think that same thing about desde salmom and it wont Messi up the colors of makeup testigo as its neutralish but inhave to admkt that at fiesta inthought they were decour like to be back accents for paintings or something 😅
The third paint swatch looks (at least on my screen) so extremely close to the color value of your skin and also pretty close in tone as well, so just from a logistical standpoint I think that would work the least well as a background. I like both of the other swatches a lot! But I think the center shade (dead salmon) being less rosy pink makes me like it the most
Unpopular opinion but setting plaster is just a perfect off-white, and I love that “clean” feeling to a room. That’s my favorite.

I totally agree, I love dead salmon because it's pretty much "old gum" as a paint color!! It's even more spot-on in person because it has some red undertones, but our background lights really neutralized the red, and I don't think I like it as much in this context. Sulking Room Pink is my favorite but Dead Salmon is grungy and neutral enough that it probably won't impact the color read of your shots. That said, before you said they were swatches, I thought it was a kind of Rothko-y series of wall hangings, and that could be a cool vibe, too!
I think the colour on the farthest left (the darkest colour) is the most visually interesting! Really makes the background pop

Setting Plaster! I always prefer a neutral light/cream wall that can be brightened up with art (& I know you have a beautiful art collection!). Plus, that way you can change up the art, decor, etc. without having to worry about complementary colors.

The dm balm looks like it's made more for oily skin there is a relatively new ingredient in it that combats oil, I learned it from Angie's new makeup releases.

Dead salmon is by far my favorite! Sulking room pink is pretty but I think dead salmon compliments your complexion and hair most, plus its neutrality will compliment any makeup look (especially your usual makeup colors you go for). Setting plaster also pretty but doesn't contrast enough with your complexion so it may wash you out.

I’d go with sulking room pink because first of all, that’s an excellent name-but also, I really like that grungy shade of pink and think it could be really interesting to see what other colors you juxtapose with it as you finish composing the background!
The middle colour is definitely my favourite.
I'm in favour if dead salmon and here's why: it's a neutral colour that doesn't wash you out like I feel setting plaster would and it goes well with your colouring. Also if you'd ever want to switch up decor, I think it'd be easier to get pieces that go with it bc it's such a neutral colour. Also it won't overpower or clash with whatever you're wearing or your makeup the same way I feel sulking room pink would (although I think that colour is pretty in it's own right).
Tbh the name changed it to be a more neutral color for me "Sulking Room Pink". It just sounds like you go after a long day in ANY beautiful fit and beautiful makeup look a d just..... idk sulk!

Dead Salmon is the perfect grungy neutral color that you can play with in changing your background, and I think it goes best with the lamp, too. Excited to see the room coming along!

Sulking room pink reminds me of the colour in your intro channel art!! But my number one is dead salmon, in my humble opinion it is absolutely perfect for this space - pleasant, not distracting, and even compliments that fabulous lamp. Setting plaster is my least favourite - I don’t think it would be flattering against the undertones in your skin when you are sat in front of it to film 🤷♀️

Love the whole pallet of swatches, but I think Plaster would be a good base. When filming, it would be a good contrast to your makeup looks and gently reflect both natural and artificial light in the room. The other colors would make lovely trim options! However, it's your house and your rules 😊

I do a lot of interior design so here’s my hot take: Sulking Room pink will go great if you want a lot of other colorful decor and points of interest. It’s neutral enough that it accentuates other colors but not so neutral that it’s boring. I personally love the color and have my living room painted a similar tone and love it. However, Dead Salmon is perfect if you want to do a more clean, minimal look. I always find that I will pick the right color for a room if I think about all the other items that will live in that space and how I want that space to feel to me and the people in it.
Sulking room pink is my favorite! For Rare Beauty, my experience is that the neutral shades of their foundation leans yellow, but the two lightest shades of this moisturizer seem to lean a bit pink/peachy. The three lightest shades seem spaced out well, though, and I've been tempted.
I like the setting plaster (the lighter one), but I feel like the dead salmon is the one you like. It fits your aesthetic.

I prefer the plaster swatch as it's lightening to the room and will go with any art or decor put in possible. So you could change decor more easily with it.

The DM powder balm sounds exactly like the product I’ve been looking for when it comes to a “foundation”. I have oily skin but don’t always want to set with powder. I want something I can quickly apply to help with a little redness and pore coverage but still light coverage. All of the new tinted moisturizers and balms I’ve been seeing just seem to be too much for my oily skin!
Sulking room pink is the only option in my eyes. And a fainting couch in the back ground. With a side table holding the lamp and a small stack of disjointedly stacked books…. Be still my heart 😻.

I love sulking room pink and dead salmon, my choice would come down to what I was going to accessorise the room with. The pink paired with some greenery and chill neutral decor, the salmon if pairing with some louder pieces. Whichever you choose I'm excited to see it!
I forgot to mention that I vote for Setting Plaster because I think a very neutral, calming background would work well for anything you plan to do.

I love “Setting Plaster” because it reads fresh and it’s bright without being white. Sulking pink reminds me of a grandmothers house, and the salmon color has no brightness to it whatsoever. When decorating the last thing to choose is paint. Consider your floor colour, rug colours, furniture, lamps, objects etc. first then choose the paint colour that pulls it all together. Just looking at the floor tiles and what you have in the room, along with showcasing yourself for UA-cam, the Setting Plaster colour would work well and it would add warmth and light to your space.
My vote is for dead salmon. It's such a soothing, neutral brown. Just beautiful. I love the name "sulking room pink" but I think it might work better as an accent color for the room. And, if it were my house, I would probably paint the room in "setting plaster" because that color is truly stunning and I want to be surrounded by it. However, I think because the tone of it is so close to your skin color it might not be the best for filming. I'm excited to see what color you choose and hear all your feelings about it! The room will look beautiful no matter which color you pick.
