IF you're looking for a really cool and interesting pink plant I would look at the Pink Syngonium, it is a beautiful arrowhead leaf that has this pastel pink look to it!
i love this! i've been watching your videos for awhile now but i wanted to say- my name is also kat!! i'm a 14 year old with about 30 houseplants in my bedroom and your videos have been super helpful!
The pink splash is very pretty and would be one I’d love to have myself. I truly love snygoniums and they way they grow. I can’t wait to see it trailing up a pole or hanging over the pot
Thank you for this video. I am thinking of doing a whole shelf dedicated to pink plants! Expensive, I know but another UA-camr (CloudGardener), gave me the idea and you just validated it!!!! I can’t wait! Thank you for this video and some tips!
Bigonia leaves will propagate too! :) I have some that are cuttings off of my mom's 5' angel wing. They will turn super green without alot of sun exposure.
I got a pink algonema for my mom & it’s so beautiful! I love it, she’s in a white stone pot, I also love that little pepperomia you showed they’re so cute 🥰 💗
Love me some pink and love me some plants! Makes for a perfect video in my opinion! 🥰. Loved this video as well as seeing your beautiful pink plants. I love it that there are plants with pink, silver, blue, purple tones as well as plants with red, burgundy, purple, deep rust colored backs. Almost every color combination you could hope for. Really enjoyed this video. Many thanks!! 👌🌿🥰💚
Hi, kat your plants are so lovely :) I definitely need a pink lady and begonia after seeing them lol. MY favorite pink plant is the variegated string of hearts
I have a few Pepperomia’s I didn’t know they all flower? I have variegated White, Ginny, Green Leaf, and dark rippled. Thanks for the tip on the Aglaonema I have the “wishes” and I am making a wish that I keep her alive. 🤣
This video is my exact genre of interest XD I just got a calladium which I bought because I saw the pink foliage and went feral. Now I’m lowkey losing my mind trying to figure out how to handle its dormancy but it’s fineeeeee if I can bring it back in the spring I think I’ll consider one of these pink friends!
Great video Kat, thanks for making it. I might give it a go to get one of them plants. I promise myself I wouldn't get another plant until next year hahahaha. I really enjoy your videos. May I ask you a question? I have a snake plant and spider plant proper root bound. Do you think I should repot now or wait till spring. Many thanks.
Thank you for doing the video I too love plants with pink few years ago my local nursery had pink lady I course I killed it 😭now they are popular they cost more and can’t find it I have an aglonema similar to yours I can grow those ok thanks again
Can someone please tell me why the heck some of the pink splash syngonium look so dull? I have one that I brought and it has full pinkish leaves that are dull looking.
i'm still playing with that! i don't know if it was too much direct light so I have recently moved it to a shadier spot. if that doesn't work i'm going to look into nutrient deficiencies (probably nitrogen)
My husband got me the first two pink plants.. fittonia and calathea ornata (if that counts).. I'm in NYC. I'm not sure if I should be buying more plants before the winters
:o how is your begonia maculata wightii so brightly colored? whenever i find them, they're all so darkly colored and dont show pink on the outside facing leaves.
Light, tbh. Mine looks the same cause i gave it very bright indirect light and it washes out the green. I have another one on the floor away from the window and it has kept its dark green.
Your channel & Becca de la plants have become my main comfort channels ❤️

i have one! another gorgeous pink plant for sure :)
I have one and LOVE it! But I still don't know the correct name for it? (Syngonium Neon?)
They sell the Algonema as a low light plant.. and that’s how I had it at first.. my Siam started to thrive when I gave it more bright indirect light!!
they sell everything as low light so that it's appealing to more people 🙄
ugh!!! all these pink plants make me SWOON
i love this! i've been watching your videos for awhile now but i wanted to say- my name is also kat!! i'm a 14 year old with about 30 houseplants in my bedroom and your videos have been super helpful!

Good morning friends from California!!!! ☀️🍃💜

I love Syngonium. I have a few of them. 2 are lovingly referred to as Beast 1 and Beast 2 because they are on the big side.
I swear from the last few videos, you are either reading my mind or my browsing history :)
I think the only pink I like is in plants!
Thank you for this video. I am thinking of doing a whole shelf dedicated to pink plants! Expensive, I know but another UA-camr (CloudGardener), gave me the idea and you just validated it!!!! I can’t wait! Thank you for this video and some tips!
Omg finnally i was just going to sleep but then i saw this video!!! Love your videos btw ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for this video. I think my favourite pink plant definitely is the variegated string of hearts ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Bigonia leaves will propagate too! :) I have some that are cuttings off of my mom's 5' angel wing. They will turn super green without alot of sun exposure.
An inexpensive pink plant is the Fittonia Pink Angel. Got one at my local big box store for $6 and shes very beautiful!
That begonia is stunning 🤩 🤭💗
i moved it into my office after filming because i wanna be able to stare at it more haha
Pink plants are my favorite so you know I’m going to buy all of these 🤩
Also, my pink splash is coming out with FULLY pink leaves. Any tips on “fixing” the variegation?
I got a pink algonema for my mom & it’s so beautiful! I love it, she’s in a white stone pot, I also love that little pepperomia you showed they’re so cute 🥰 💗
i love that combo! sounds gorgeous!

I start to love begonias but i don’t think will survive with me since i had a north facing window 😅 your syngonium it’s sooo sooo beautiful! ❤️❤️❤️
omg the last begonia?! she's beautiful wow
I love the peperomia pink lady, but I kill it every time 😭
aw man :(
I just got an Aglaonema Wishes and she is 🤩. You have a beautiful collection of pink plants. I might add the pink Peperomia to my wish list.
definitely recommend! i think it's such a unique plant

i totally agree! so hard to track down a pink lady nowadays. at least you have ags :)
Can someone please tell me why the heck some of the pink splash syngonium look so dull? I have one that I brought and it has full pinkish leaves that are dull looking.
4:19 what's the reason for the lighter leaves? mine looks the same and i can't figure out how to get the leaves to darken up
i'm still playing with that! i don't know if it was too much direct light so I have recently moved it to a shadier spot. if that doesn't work i'm going to look into nutrient deficiencies (probably nitrogen)

up to you! i buy plants year round :)
How do you water your pink lady? Needed tips haha peperomias are scary
ideally bottom water when the leaves are bendable
@@GoodandPlanty how many minutes do you leave them sitting in water?
They are? As a beginner I didn’t know and got a few. They seem happy.
@@morvincuneta8376 until the top is moist - maybe up to 30 min. i have a video on watering if you're interested!
How many pink ags are there?? I definitely need one 😍
that's a good question! there's honestly quite a few but the wishes is my only one
Your rayii looks more like a wendlendii (I probably spelled that wrong) but I could be wrong.
they look super similar when they are young but i trust the seller i got this from that it’s a rayii!
funnily enough my syngonium pink splash is my easiest syngonium
i've probably cursed myself saying this and it's rotting in its pot as we speak like all my others
:o how is your begonia maculata wightii so brightly colored? whenever i find them, they're all so darkly colored and dont show pink on the outside facing leaves.
i don’t think it’s a good thing…i think mine may have too much light or not enough nitrogen!
Light, tbh. Mine looks the same cause i gave it very bright indirect light and it washes out the green.
I have another one on the floor away from the window and it has kept its dark green.
I love pink and just looked at my plants and have no pink ones
💚🌱
