@@pooja2k23everybody has their own natural tooth colour...the tooth whitening or bleaching procedures are actually temporary..the food that we eat plays a role in staining themm...you can clean them by doing scaling procedure...tooth whitening procedure can be done only in extreme necessary conditions..like for a bridal functions etc..those procedures has their own cons..

It literally costs $250 lol I had this done today at my dentist. Same exact procedure with the same machine, same exact 15 minutes as shown and I did 4 sessions. Most people stop at 1 or 2 but if you want the best results go for all 4. There’s some discomfort afterwards for 2 days because your teeth will be hurting but it’s nothing crazy… Like it won’t have you crying. I’ve seen other comments of people seriously over-exaggerating. The pain goes away with Tylenol or any other pain killer. Also my teeth weren’t sensitive anymore after the 5th day. I was back to eating ice cream and hot soup. People seriously make this simple procedure sound like a horror story.
I seriously recommend taking 2 Tylenol before the procedure so you can finish all 4 sessions along with ear buds because they leave the room and you’re just sitting there in silence focusing on the pain it’s really boring. It’ll take about 2 hours to finish everything.

I literally couldn't do this for more than 5 minutes as my teeth were giving me insane pain. Shooting pain like I've never felt before. Do not reccomend.

Translation: every single person who gets this done will feel some degree of pain, but we won't say that because we want sales.
The dental team may suggest using toothpaste for sensitive teeth 1-2 weeks before treatment. They will probably suggest 1 week prior because they want to lock in the sale and minimize people from backing out.
They may also suggest using a fluoride rinse after the treatment also to rehydrate the teeth since opening the teeth's pores is part of the process to lift stains away. Fluoride helps reseal them.
They may also give you a fluoride varnish for you to use at home after treatment.
bottom line, the process is painful, but each person has a different pain tolerance.
