  • Join me for a 30-minute practice -- this is my favorite way to wake up, get grounded, and get focused for the day. I don't always have 30 minutes for this practice, but when I do, it significantly impacts the rest of my day. I hope it helps you as well.

    The writing section actually helped me out. I've had a fanfic idea for a while now and it was struggling with writing a decent ending, so I wrote about that struggle. I think I've got a solution now 😄
