Having watched it from the early '60s I can assure you that the show has changed quite dramatically down the years. That's what's kept it going. And the fans ALWAYS complain.

John should have played the Doctor, not an assistant! Appalling that the BBC took a beloved series about a male HERO and turned it into a show about some lady, leaving the show with no central hero! Removing the main character is weird, and an insult to the franchise and the fans. If you wanted a female timelord show, make a new one! Don't destroy Who!

Christ, _Flux_ was the most ridiculous, incoherent and _boring_ television serial I’ve seen in my life. It was all just zipping around from one random set piece to the next, even with Jodeh beaming in and out of several idiotic narratives at once. That’s ‘dynamic, engaging and thrilling’ television, is it Chibnall? 🙄
