Our prophet shines a light and is pointing us out of the darkness. His loving and sweet spirit towards all is his example of how Christ expects us be. Especially during these end times we must not forget his example to turn to Christ in all things. Thank you dear prophet and thank you God for sending him to us. Seeing who God chooses to send us as our prophet has always been a teaching moment. Each has their strengths that the people need just at that moment in time. I truly feel led by a holy man of God each time.
“If ye are prepared, ye shall not fear… Our ultimate quest in life is to prepare to meet our maker.”
I don't care who you are, what you believe, or what you've done, God loves YOU. He doesn't care about creed, nationality, or politics. He loves all of us, we are his children and he will be with us. I believe this with all my heart. It can be hard to hear him at times, and we can make mistakes that drive us away from him. But he is always waiting, wanting us to accept him and his truths. I am not perfect. I sin. I unrighteously judge others. I make mistakes. But I try. And trying is the first step of succeeding. We will never be perfect, but we can take steps in that direction.
At this time of fear, anger, division and pain, let us come together and have our hearts not for ourselves, but for others, that we may be one people, defined not by race or political views, but as children of God. Easy to say, I know, but at the very least we can try. And by doing so, we can succeed and live in peace. I know Jesus lives. And I know this to be true.

I’m just re-impressed with how what the Profet has said is the same thing that I feel when I have listened in my heart ❤️ for direction and guidance in life. It’s a tender reassurance of Heavenly Father’s love for me. I feel like my “answers” are quietly distilling on me as I am still, have a prayerful heart, ponder and listen. I also believe that Heavenly Father won’t give us more than we can do. So, we can learn to have confidence in more than we can imagine, even if it’s simply miraculous 🥰❣️ Miracles come after faith in Christ and striving to do what we can.
Been going through a lot of inner turmoil and frustration this morning. My mind was boiling with thoughts of anger, cynicism and resentment. Thank you posting this message, it was a balm to me. I hope it brings some peace to others as well.
Yep a lot of anger, too much anger. Although I pray on a regular basis, I feel that my prayers are heard but Heaven prefers to be silent and this at first was causing me to be more angry and bitter. Now I'm giving my all to be more humble and faithful and I definitely see small changes here and there. I hope He knows that I know that He is my fortress, my shield, my strength, my Saviour and I'm not going anywhere.
As we Hear Him through the Spirit, these turbulent times can be remembered as a time of hope and trust in our Savior.
It’s our turn to write the stories that will be read in the scriptures throughout eternity....

I love President Nelson, but honestly, I'm struggling right now. I have loved and devoured every talk President Nelson has given. I have listened/watched all of his recent talks multiple times. I pray, search my scriptures and try to magnify my callings, and yet I find I am weighed down and truly feel like the heavens are closed right now. Our family are in need of some particular blessings and we are just about to send out our first missionary. I hope God knows who we are and is preparing blessings for us.

I know he does know and love you and your family, Brother Campbell. If he knows and loves mine (which I know he does), and if you and your family are children of God like I and my family are, then I know for a surety that he knows and loves you and your family. Just like you know and love all of your children (not just some of them), except His love for all of His children is perfect.
We now have four returned missionaries in our family. They were all so very blessed during their missions, just like I know your son or daughter will be incredibly blessed during his/her mission if he/she serves faithfully and prayerfully.
A final word of practical advice that might help - my wife, who is by far my better half, ensures that our family does about 20 minutes of good quality, “Come Follow Me“ discussion every morning. Your family is probably already doing something like this, but if not I would highly recommend it.
@Nate Campbell, thanks for sharing your comment and concerns. Life can be very difficult, but we know your Heavenly Father knows what you are going through and loves you. Continue to pray to Him about your needs and desires for support, and we know He will guide you and help you. We also encourage you to seek help from Church leaders, trusted friends and family, and professionals. We know you can receive strength and comfort from the Lord, who promised: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. … For my yoke is easy, and my burden light” (Matthew 11:28, 30). Take care!

The restored Gospel of Jesus Christ has brought me peace in such turbulent times. I'm grateful for a loving Father in Heaven, the sacrifice of His Son, and the guidance of the Holy Ghost. I know God has called a living prophet to guide us and we need to listen now more than ever.
I have been struggling with OCD as of late and it has been very hard. It truly has been a fiery trial for me and I've never felt more pain but this has also been a great experience! First of all it is truly just amazing that we have leaders and prophets to help us find the light! I can testify that God is aware of us no matter what we've felt we've done to not deserve it, he's just always there. I would also like to testify that God has a plan for each and every one of us and it most likely isn't what we planned! He knows what's best for us and if we choose to follow his son we will have a masterpiece of a life! I know Jesus Christ is our savior and redeemer and that as we incline our hearts to him and #HEAR HIM we will find light in our lives. I testify that God does give us trials that we may become our best selves and that although it may seem to us that he has forsaken us I believe that the hardest moments are when he's closest. I know God lives, Jesus Christ is our savor and he is risen. They love us and if our sights are set on them then we need not fear, only believe! I so testify in the name of Jesus Christ amen.

I had a friend call me yesterday and tell me that he was depressed. I asked him did he pray today? He said he did know that worked. Brothers and sisters I testify that Heavenly father and his son Jesus Christ want to hear us they want us to talk to them. They are there to help us if we only believe that they are real. We thank thee oh God For our prophet, to lead and guide us in these latter days. In the name of Jesus Christ amen.

I hope you said you would pray for him. Depression can rob you of your feelings. Even if he prayed, that doesn't mean he's going to magically feel better. It doesn't always bring much comfort to depressed people knowing that God hears them when they are suffering so much. Most often, these are people who need service and kind acts done for them.
@@WatchingNinja Indeed, Jesus even warns everyone to avoid saying "be filled" to those in need without doing anything.

William findspennies Sometimes the scripture “men are that they might have joy” is a mockery to a depressed person. Scripture reading and prayers seldom bring long lasting peace when in the middle of a depressive state. However, a phone call letting them know of your love, offering assistance, providing simple necessities they may not have the energy to enjoy is beneficial. Telling them to pray, not beneficial. Offering to give a priesthood blessing beneficial.

I have seen President Nelson's promise fulfilled that I have felt greater inner peace, even as the commotion of world events increases.
Yesterday and today I have been thinking of how grateful I am for family. Through the good times and the frustrations, all in all I have learned and come out being a better person for it. There will always be challenges, but I'm grateful for the knowledge of a loving Father in Heaven that watches over those I love.
I have been more tuned into recognizing how inspiration to me makes me sure as it coinsides with truth from scriptures,and prophets past and present. I am grateful for strong leaders.

Having this unexpected personal heartaches about 3 weeks. I dont know where can I find peace. I dont know where can I find my place in this earthly home. I don't know my strenght and weaknesses. I don't know what to do.
When I listen the words of our Savior Jesus Christ through to our Living Prophet President Nelson. Im not alone in this battle, Im not alone in this turbulent times. Im not alone.
I testify Jesus Christ is our Savior and Maker. I testify during circumstances I could survive. As I pray sincerely and as I repent daily. He will not leave me alone. He will lift me up during turbulent times. Having faith in Him nothing is impossible.
Im very thankful for this chance to share my testimony. Brethren and Sisters we can survive in this pandemic and personal problems. Stand ye in Holy places and be not moved. Be not fear. He is watchful, He is mindful, He knows us, He loves us and He lives. I love you our Savior Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father. We are thankful to our Living Prophet Pres. Nelson as he receives the revelations from our Savior. We sustain and we love you Pres. Nelson and to all leaders in the Church of Jesus Christ in the Latter Day Saints. I have never felt so much peace and guidence as I have since Covid-19 came to my country. I see it as a gift for me to learn so many things.
Ever comforting words from the Lord's prophet. I don't understand how anyone could give this a "thumbs down." Even if you don't believe Russell M. Nelson is a prophet. The message has a general, overall message that directs us for GOOD.

When I couldn’t hear the Spirit, I relied on my testimony that God was indeed mindful of me. Fortunately, I’ve since received the help I so desperately needed, and as a result, I can hear the Spirit once again.

I'm so grateful for a living prophet. The messages the Lord wants us to hear that come through his Prophet, President Nelson, speak peace to my soul.
President Nelson is very encouraging in these trying times. I love it when he speaks. He speaks from the heart. I am very thankful for him. He loves the Lord and also loves each and everyone of us. I always feel uplifted when I listen to his talks. They give me hope for the future in these trying times.

"stand in Holy places and be not moved." Is something that has been in my mind lately before seeing this video. So to hear that is kinda like confirmation to me.
I loved this wonderful message of reassurance from our prophet! I am anxious to hear him speak tomorrow and Sunday as well as all the other speakers, music, and prayers! I can hear Jesus Christ's message through them, words in the scriptures, and thoughts brought to my mind through the Holy Ghost.

1. God exists himself from nothing
2. Creation exists from something that exists, because of God.
- from = spirit, word, earth. If it doesn't exist by itself. Then he is not god

I'm proud to be a member of this Church which is Christ's Church.
The latter-saints Church is the only one who teach that non-christians can be saved AND DESCRIBES how. Others, like the Protestant, say if one does not believe in Christ during life one goes to hell eternally, what kind of God is that? This is the consequence of ''justification by faith'', if one does not have faith, he is doomed, and if one has faith he is saved, irrespective of the accumulation of bad works.
Catholics say non-catholic or non-christians can be saved but do NOT DESCRIBE how. And their way to salvation clashes with our teachings about salvation, for example they don't believe the necesity of baptism of the dead.
