- These stretching exercises for flexibility work on your full body! This is an intermediate to advanced stretch with no equipment required!
These stretching exercises are important for flexibility. These stretches work your full body and it is an intermediate to advanced stretching routine. No equipment is needed, you can do this at home before or after your workout as a full-body stretch. This stretch will include exercises for your splits, back, shoulder, and leg flexibility. Improve your full-body mobility by doing this consistently 2 to 5 times per week.

As a guy with 1 flexibility training per weak i find the bridge (hollow back handstand and things like that) extremely easy while middle split feels impossible

When I was a beginner I could do it after 3-4 day practicing it.
But our bodies are different. Everyone is on their own journey.😌
Guys have different pelvic bone structures that make it harder-I can only do it because I started doing them at like 3 in gymnastics

Honestly, as a dancer (ballet and pole) i find this stretching very good! It's not too crazy (like with the crazy Scorpio or leghold poses) but it's definitely still challenging! Will definitely do it again

I do taekwondo and I have to say this is a good video, and suddenly realised that ur butterfly pose is good, but ur frog pose is worse,so u need to work on it more, obviously, middle splits and front splits are still difficult for u(front splits are not even close,btw,how long have you been working on those splits?I guess less than a year right 🤣
I really really liked this stretch! A little warning for the people with a low blood pressure like me: don't keep the bridge too long, otherwise the risk of fainting is high :)
My legs def feel stretched. Though I don’t think you should say it should hurt, may a little discomfort because your stretching the muscle but you don’t want to push pass pain and hurt yourself

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

your stretching variety is amazing but I would recommend holding a little longer - the average stretch time before the muscle relaxes in the position - which is where you make the most progress - is 30s to 1 minute

I am 1,96 and 140kg but i was always flexible , so i started to look for Stretching routines on UA-cam, this one is the best so far! Except for the middle splits and the Bridge (too heavy to pick myself up xD) everything was doable and also gave good stretch.
Bonus was that i was sweating afterwards xd

Just finished your 28 day challenge and this video is one of my favorites out of the whole series 😊
Though I’m still a couple of inches from the ground to a complete split, I am much flexible than when I first started on the first day. I’ll probably the other shorter round of your split challenge to continue getting more comfortable with doing them
and definitely want to make these stretches, especially for the legs and hips, as a part of my daily routine.

Oh my goodness. I am Intermediate, but certainly not advance. Those splits were killer. I've been doing your 21 day 20 minute stretch routine every other day for about 6 months, so I decided to do something new. I must say I prefer the longer hold time for each stretch; I feel like as soon as I'm in it it's time to transition. But I know if I am consistent, your workout will work for me. Thanks for sharing your expertise. God bless.

omg this was awesome ❤️ im a cheerleader and competition season has been over for 2 months and i (stupidly) stopped stretching, so this was really good at getting me back into it! i already know all of the poses and they're the exact ones that we do at practice so this was wonderful! it was much better than other stretch vids because instead of playing non-copyright music, you talked to us and that was way more entertaining 😂 usually i get bored and quit lol. i have tryouts for sideline two months from now so i really need to regain my flexibility, so im gonna use this once a day from now til then :)

Honestly I thought that my stretch not good, cause some yoga pose so hard and hurt, but with this I almost have splits and it's not hurt that much
I love these stretches, suggestion though I think you should make it a bit longer and start the time properly because the timer would start when you are still preparing for your stretches and the actual stretch ends up being like 5 seconds

I started this challenge cause I've been doing Acro for 3 months now and noticed that my flexibility was horrible. I've just finished day 17 and can say that I've improved a lot. Instead of using blocks i'm using cushions since i don't have blocks or books, and already removed 2 (I put 5 thin ones). I'm 3 away from my splits! If my progress stays at this rate, I'll achieve it in 20 days or so. Fingers crossed.

I absolutely love these stretches but maybe incorporate more quad stretches with leg up on a wall a bit and tucking the tail bone under, the you would be able to get all the muscles with equal-ish amount of stretches
