    Okay… Im new in this stretching thing… Is so amazing… But in that pigeon position? I LITERALLY ALMOST RIPPED MY BUTT OFF 🤣 I guess i need to work more on begginer positions first 🤣 Thank you for your content ❤

    You made me felt so relaxed thank you Daniela you’re the best yoga UA-camr I every day do yoga with you in the afternoon in the night or morning because I will always want to be relax and be happy and you are the flexible girl some of the mover hard but if I do them over and over again I’ll get better and better and not getting like hurt with that move❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

    Loved this routine, i do a lot of UA-cam stretch videos and after a while they become repetitive, still effective but the same set of pose always... but this one was so different and deep, thank you!
