You’re a total DIYer. I love the garage made brackets. I also like the actual amber colour compared to high end lights which is yellow/greenish output.
I live in MS myself. Next to nothing when it comes to trails and overlanding type trips. Im located in Flowood, about 2-3 hours away from the best camping/hiking trails.
Nice product. Great job on the field test. That wind deflector on the front of your Prinsu replica is a beautiful. I hope you can find a way to have it and the lights both on there.
How did you end up wiring the 6 function 3 inch lights up to the switch panel and still be able to switch the mode on them. I am debating on ordering them but I plan on putting several sets on and don't want a bunch of switches on my dash.
Did you end up getting the 6 mode lights? I just ordered some and am not sure yet how I'm going to run that switch into the cab (through the firewall??).
Did you end up adding a bigger fuse for the lightbar on top or did you just stick with the 30 amp in the switch panel? I have their 8-gang switch panel and was thinking about picking up this light but was hesitant because of the fuse not being enough.
Very impressive. I am, literally, just about to wire a bunch of lights into my Land Rover Discovery and I'd planned to remove the clock and fit a bunch more standard LR switches but 4x switches (at £20 each) and a fuse/relay box is going to be just as expensive as the dedicated Auxbeam set-up, and more of a faff to set up, so I think I'm going to grab the Auxbeam gizmo. You only showed a quick shot of the light-bar illuminated and it looked like the 4 big projectors, in the middle, weren't lit. Am I mistaken or are they on a separate control or something?
Nice! That was just my camera settings and the angle I was filming at. They were definitely all on. If you are looking at the bar while it’s on you can’t really see those projectors. It’s way too bright. With the right camera settings you can see them clearly.
I’ll have to check I’m not sure if it would clear the hinge but you could definitely make it do that but honestly it didn’t raise the hood enough to even really notice a difference
I know this video is pretty old now but if you see this comment, do you think this bar could be mounted to a 2010 Toyota Rav4?? Really wanting a bright light bar for my camping trips and country rides
I just got my 52-in 5D pro. Looks awesome, but can't install it yet because it didn't come with any mounting hardware. All that was in the box was wiring harness and light. I'm currently in conversation with auxbeam through email (because they won't answer their phone). They're telling me that it doesn't come with mounting brackets despite the fact that their website says otherwise. I could care less how good this light is going to be I will never buy another product from them.

Thank you! I have a separate detailed video on those brackets
Hope y'all love these light!
Best video i've seen of testing
Wow, that was really awesome. Like that there are centerered beams on these bars. Nice video.
I've had great luck with Auxbeam. I'm running their X-Series light bar and their spots up front. Very pleased with their products!
Good to hear!! That’s awesome

Wow....those are great lights!!.....
Wowwww very good.. and very nice job about the bracket you make 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you very much! There is a separate detailed build video on those brackets if you are interested
I really like the amount of flood coverage the ambers give
Nicely done . Looks sharp . Might do our truck like that.
Very nice 👍 good job 👏
Definitely getting that light bar 👍🏻
Heck yeah!

Thank you! Yeah I know I was thinking about notching it out but I’m not sure if anything would be left of it
Nice I was looking into input on the 42" one to mount on my roof crossbar

Thanks for the video..I didn’t see how you ran the wire up to the light bar.
Agreed really curious about that
that V1 beep at 7:40 😏
I stayed til the end
Love it! Really lights up the Natchez Trace doesn’t it?! MS guy here too!
Sweet video man. Love that bar! It looks like you were on the Trace testing it out.
Thanks man!! Haha you can’t be giving away my location! 😂
Great video.
How are u switching between the modes on the light pods? Just the on and off button or did u wire the mode switch button to another button?
Was expecting Sasquatch to walk across the road now that it can see. Lol

Looks like the Natchez Trace. Driven many early mornings headed to duck hunt on that road. Beautiful drive but i cant stand the speed limit on it haha
Great video. Thank you.

Those blinking ones are great for hazards
Those are sone sexy lights bro !
have u had any problems with the pods?
Can you put those brackets between the bolts and hinge instead of between the hinge and hood so the hood isn’t spaced up?
I’ll have to check I’m not sure if it would clear the hinge but you could definitely make it do that but honestly it didn’t raise the hood enough to even really notice a difference
That is really bright but would you please showing us that how many foot steps that light bar can reach?
I know this video is pretty old now but if you see this comment, do you think this bar could be mounted to a 2010 Toyota Rav4?? Really wanting a bright light bar for my camping trips and country rides
I wanna see some videos of the third gen out wheelin. Any plans for suspension/tires?
Great job!!!!
Can you explain me, how do you made the brackets??? Please
I got you! Video coming soon
How are u cycling through the modes of the light pods? Did u end up keeping the stock switch?
Yeah I just left it on the ambers. I thought about trying to make one of the buttons on the panel be the modes but didn't feel like figuring that out
❤

Go to 11:45 look right beside the first tree on right looks like someone standing there 😬
Shouldn't the bracket be on the bottom side of the hinge??? Between the hinge and the hood wood raise the hood a bit...not???
I end up switching it. But honestly, it didn't create a noticeable gap. I address this in the build video i did of the brackets.
What part of MS you in?
Jackson!
@@PatrickRemington Nice. I'm on the coast with a 2000 Runner. Your videos are awesome, DIY forever!
Fix the flag. Jesus!!
Auxbeam = pure junk
