Most owners of two door coupes hardly ever put people (kids or adults) in the back seat. 99% of the time when I see a two door car there are only one or two people inside. @@ALMX5DP Nowadays, modern tires + electronic safety features (like traction control) make just about any rear wheel drive vehicle perfectably driveable in the winter. The main reasons many vehicles are front wheel drive are packaging/space efficiency and cost.
Herp McDerp I don’t think I’d use the term “perfectly.” I have winter tires on my 2wd truck and Focus ST. Truck does the job, but is trounced by the Focus in terms of drive ability on slippery surfaces even though the truck has studded tires and the Focus just has Blizzaks.
@@ALMX5DP Maybe I should have worded that better.. by "perfectly driveable" I meant it's driveable without getting into an accident - unless you drive like an idiot. A front wheel drive car is always easier to drive in adverse weather but that doesn't mean you can't drive a rear wheel drive car in winter. Especially a modern one with good tires. That's all I meant. Your Focus vs Truck comparison doesn't say much, because you don't mention any details (age of vehicles and tires, features, etc.). Plus, a truck is a special case, because you have very little weight on the rear axle (unless you haul stuff in the bed) and that's what makes it a little more tricky. That being said, a modern truck with good winter tires, electronic stability and traction control and some weight in the bed is not THAT hard to drive in winter.
@@kgspvgsp7569 I've been driving in snowy conditions for many years, thank you very much. That includes in a rear wheel drive BMW Seven-series in the Swiss Alps during winter. Anyone else terrified for his side camera when another car comes by on the opposite lane? D:
Miata?
That’s a roadster
Top-of-the-line two ring edition?
I'd stay away from any new civic crv or accord with gdi. They are suffering from big problems with oil dilution, ac compressor failures and transmission problems(ones with cvt). Honda's reliability has gone way down in the last few years.
it look good but i dont like chrome trims on any car i own
You can’t call a gti a coupe because they only come in 4door, might as well call it a mustang
They had a mk7 2-door for quite a while in america, and it's still being produced in the EU
I like it.
when can we expect the 2020 CRV review as I just got notification from Honda that its now available at my local dealership.
Civic Coupes have always been noisier that the Sedans. They seem to have less insulation in the rear of the car. It's nice they're still offering a stick shift.
Am I the only person who was afraid her was going to drive off the curb @ some point?
why is this car not avaiable in europe? thats against human rights.. i want it
Anybody got a Jay Leno vibe?
Not for long...
Rip civic coupe
Everything should be RWD and two door. Change my mind.
GGW have a family and move to Canada in the winter.
And that was in the 90s and early 2000s, without electronic safety features or modern technology tires. I've also been to Canada in a rear wheel drive Impala in December. And guess what... I'm still alive (I think). Am I an exceptional driver? Not really. Was it pleasant? Not always. But modern vehicles with stability and traction control + good winter tires drive much better - and that was the point.

If i buy it..right away get rid of the front and back fascia.
Did Honda PAY YOU TO "EXPLAIN AWAY" the GAS BLOW-BY AS ACCEPTABLE ?! -- reasoning that Honda's "1.5 TURBO" DESIGN-DEFECT IS THE OWNER'S FAULT?? (-even with Honda's MASSIVE # of global RECALLS?)
Then you CONJECTURE yourself: recommending "get 2.0 engine INSTEAD if you don't want GAS-OIL CONTAMINATION".
Sick of Honda design n sell strategy. They always made the cars look so bad for the first yr model which fail to draw ppl interest n sell. Y they stupidly start so low. Make it looks nice then awesome not bad then fine.
That's bull oil dilution is not okay the gas will sit in the oil until you change the oil this is the guy that would talk you into buying a piece of crap👎 he reminds me of a damn used car salesman
can I have this one please? lol
The 2019 Toyota Camry XSE, which is outfitted with the V6 engine, produced 301HP from a naturally aspirated 3.5L v6 (not some bullshit 1.5 turbo) was able to go from 0 to 60 in 5.8 seconds and reach 136 miles per hour when tested. Vs Honda 6.6 seconds. Calm down man, I know Honda paid you and kissed your ass, but don't bullshit us with false figures.
175hp, 6.8 seconds 0-60 and quarter mile at 15.2. In other words, why does this coupe even exist? It's an irony for it's class.
Power seats are never an advantage. It's like an electric soft top vs mx5 soft top. Mx5 wins everytime.
Jesus loves you all so much :)
Honda quality is decreasing, AC problem
People grow up and realize that four doors make life easier
this new gen of honda is so ugly
That is one ugly color.
Honda headlights sucks.
No AWD, no care...........hard pass. Next plz!
100% hate the way this car looks.
awful!
Useless car. Get a real sport car if you want a coupe like a Toyota 86
he completely forgot to mention the Si coupe which is a fine sports car
You didn't even watch the video, did you?
Dude, this isn't a sports car.
not all coupes are sports cars, and not all sports cars are coupes. try to keep up.
@@ryanlittleton5615 the civic has always been a sports car. Hot hatches are a type of sports car. Just because it's not an exotic luxury sports car does not mean its not a sports car
