We made this tonight. The Garlic Parm specifically. Just make it. It's soo good. If you can't find shallot, use a 1/4 of sweet yellow onion. If you can't find fresno chillis use cracked red pepper. Trust me. It's better than not having this.
I be using jalapenos instead of fresno peppers and I love how it comes out!

It’s entertainment 101. He’s probably not like that in real life. He has to do whatever he can to maintain today’s viewer’s attention. To me it comes across as gimmicky. Just cook, do it well, and no need for all the theatrics. But that’s me. He’s still a great cook. The other stuff is not necessary, but it seems to work to win mass appeal.

Thank you! The frying process is plain and simple as it should be. I personally add a little black pepper and cayenne on top of the salt to my wings when seasoning! Definitely going to try your mango habanero recipe!

Few weeks ago I made fried chicken strips using thigh meat then coated it with Mango habanero sauce and Smoked baby back ribs(basted with the Asian zing sauce) and some corn and Fries. Our guests devoured everything in few minutes. It was sooo good! You were right Josh, the corn syrup does make a difference in how glossy the sauce is. Thank you for awesome recipes

I didn't follow the recipe exactly for the wings. I didn't let the wings set overnight more like 30 min and I also added paprika garlic powder pepper to the salt tossed them and let them sit. THEY WERE THE BEST WINGS IVE EVER MADE AND HAD!!! Thank you so much. Also your website is so neatly organized and easy to read while trying to navigate a shopping cart at Walmart!

I made the mango habanero sauce a few times now. It took awhile to find a store that had habanero peppers. It became my favorite sauce for wings and glazing for grilled chicken sandwiches.

The first time i went to buffalo wild wings, they had just opened in Erie Pennsylvania. I got salt and vinegar dry rub. They were amazing. Cooked perfectly. Nice crust. The seasoning was uniform and perfect. They were the best chicken wings i ever had. 5 years later i still have never gotten them again. I keep ordering, but i have never gotten "those" wings again. I wish i knew the name of the chef that worked that day.. because clearly he wasnt there long. Ive been trying for years to recreate those perfect salt and vinegar wings

I've also have visited the original bar in Buffalo; that invented Buffalo wings and they are fried first and a "RED" , not orange sauce is added at the end... Delicious. I have no idea where the rest of USA came up with the orange : Hot Sauce/Butter sauce came from. Also I make a Mango Hot sauce and I respect your Mango Habanaro sauce so much:)~

I made the mango habanero sauce. First: it was amazing! Second: how long can it last in the fridge? I may or may not have made way too much.
Should last pretty much forever if you freeze it. In the fridge probably about a week.
Josh is right. Since I'm just one person, I freeze extra sauce in ice cube trays then pop them out and store in labeled baggies back in the freezer, thaw in the fridge when I want to use it. It really cuts prep time for later meals.
Might consider getting into canning

Just made these wings and they are phenomenal! The trick with corn syrup is great. I hope it works for buffalo sauce. If you do an episode with hot buffalo, teriyaki, and Caribbean jerk then I'd never have to go to BW3s again.

For the sauce you could also use regular bell peppers so you dont lose the consistency but keep that pepper flavor and maybe add one habanero. I love my spicy food but my bowels say otherwise. 🥲 Going to be making those sauces for sure. 🔥🔥🔥
Little tip for you, skip the pan for the simple syrup. You can mix simple syrup (at a 1:1 ratio) in a blender rather than heating it up, so that's one less dish for you! Just combine the water and sugar in the blender, blend until they're well combined, then add the mango and carry on.
Even if I don’t cook the wings myself, I’m just going to make those sauces to dip/toss in.
That’s the way to go if you don’t have the time. I get grocery store chicken from the counter and then just add sauce that I make

All of these sauces look fantasticcccc. I have been experimenting with tofu "wings" recently. If you bread and fry tofu cuts, you can basically cook them just like the wings here...... (with bleu cheese on the side *cough cough cough*).

Well any homemade recipe with natural ingredients and done right beats any fast food chain because fast food chains are more concerned about quantity and not quality. That's exactly why I always prefer to cook at home and its also healthier because you know exactly what you're eating.

Follow up, halved the recipe and left out butter, incredible taste! Ohh it’s a nice sweet mango taste, KAPOW peppers have entered the mouth !! All coworkers love it. My mangoes weren’t super ripe and juicy so some sugar was still starch and the sauce thickened like pudding one refrigerated so I relaxed it with mango nectar, delish ! Added to my list ! Thank you from not a baby !

I love what you’ve done here, but Joshua, you forgot my all time favorite. I LOVE the Honey BBQ sauce at BWW. Could you PLEASE give us a better version of their Honey BBQ sauce recipe. I love that sweet and slightly spicy flavor without too much smoke flavor. It’s yummy 😋 The one thing I think would be great in that sauce are little chunks of sweet onion.

Pat dry the wings with paper towel then in batches lower them into three inches of fry oil that has been heated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook your wings until they reach a pale golden color and cooked through about 4 to 5 minutes then put them on a wire rack to drain then repeat . Then increase your oil temp to 375 and fry for 2 to 3 minutes until they are golden brown and crisp .
