    Could you please do some hip pain relief work out?
    My left hip hurts,I don't know if it's because of my long hours sitting at work as a cashier.
    Now my shoulders are doing great,from the time I began doing your shoulder exercises.

    Great to have follow along videos. Thanks so much! Im not sure if I should be progressing through each video as I get stronger or should I cycle through the four videos each week?

      If you can cycle through, I recommend that. You can also look at the no-weight shoulder videos. They can be done with wrist weights and will give you a stellar workout.

      The scapular dips with arms totally locked out will be just what you are looking for.

    Thank you a lot. I will use it to strengthen my shoulder muscles after ostheosinthesis. How many times a week shall I do these particular exercises with dumbbells?

      3 to 4 and foam rolling on days off.

    Didn’t really like the one arm push-up one. Didn’t seem to help me out, if anything made it worst

      Do the SCAPULAR PUSHUP and not a regular pushup. Your elbows should not bend at all. Regular pushups are taboo for shoulder injuries. Check out my beginner shoulder video. Less impact and very effective. ua-cam.com/video/ldUwIBccnuw/v-deo.html
