If you can cycle through, I recommend that. You can also look at the no-weight shoulder videos. They can be done with wrist weights and will give you a stellar workout.

Do the SCAPULAR PUSHUP and not a regular pushup. Your elbows should not bend at all. Regular pushups are taboo for shoulder injuries. Check out my beginner shoulder video. Less impact and very effective. ua-cam.com/video/ldUwIBccnuw/v-deo.html
