Ocean Inspired Freeform Epoxy Resin Bowls

For this project, I performed my usual pouring of resin on to plastic, only for this one, I used cling film or cling wrap, instead of cellophane. The cling wrap will allow for a more controlled bending process.
Cellophane​ produces beautiful results. However, it doesn’t bend very well.

Hi Sue, BEAUTIFUL!! I make Borax crystals and then crumble them up, add them to the epoxy and this gives a foam look. I like the shimmer look like yours. So, next time I think I will go with the acrylic stones! Great idea I never thought of. Thanks again for another awesome creation.

Resin can be a bit daunting at first. Start off small and then as you become more familiar with it, then start creating bigger pieces. It is not as scary as you think. 💕
