Not if it takes this long for you to explain what you are doing.
I feel you could have explained this in 12 minutes.
thanks for showing us everything
most people just say what they're gonna do and then cut to when it's all nice and tidy and say "so i did the hard work so you guys don't need to see me struggle"
the struggling part is the part i need to see 😭
For real
Nice job! you have given me some good ideas, thanks for posting.
That bundled wire between your desk and the console is an ideal candidate for a split wire loom. It will cover it nicely and means you are not dedicated to keeping conduit on the wall. The split wire loom can be handy for vertical drops from your computer to the conduit as well.
clean and clear instruction
Great video! Thanks for showing everything from start to finish. I'm trying to decide if I want to use those tracks or the j-tracks.

No problem!
You really dont need that watermark.
Good use of the cable raceways.
Unfortunately watermark has to be done, lots if people stealing footage out there.
@@GeekStreet if people steel they will just crop it

Can I PLEAEE get an answer on what they thing is on the back of the shelf’s, like the wooden wall the covers the back but allows for wires to come through, where do I get that
I think it's built into the shelf
Nice Setup Geek Street :-) Mine is a mess of cables...Can see a time when everything is just all wifi'd lol and no cables :-)
Network cables are just a small part of the cabling that needs to be managed behind most desks. Even if one accepts the trade offs of Wifi, there are still cables for power, video, lighted keyboards, etc. There won't in our life times be a truly cable free solution for setups with big monitors and powerful computers.
One dislike is people who cba to cable manage
Lol....yeah I guess you can't please everyone!
Hey what are you using for the LEDs that give this backlight look to your desk?
Thats from Govee and its an old one that not sold any more this is their latest one ua-cam.com/video/x1OMDvc2clk/v-deo.html
Чётко💯
Dude how many peripherals on your desk??
Nicely done but the power leads are concerning ..maybe if in the budget have a electrician in and give more mains supply
Is there sticky stuff already on or do I have to buy and apply it myself?
The stick stuff is already on there.
Geek Street perfect! Thank you very much:)
Nice setup i realy like pc
Thanks, check out my unboxing in my channel it's a great PC.
Everything neat except for that RGB light strip dangling under the desk. 8.5/10
I wonder how long the electrical invoice should be with all those lights and devices...
Don't ask 😳😱
I have lots of power cables, and power supplies that have transformers in the middle, and all manner of hell. Not sure I like the idea of adhesive, and don't want to put in drywall screws, nor do I trust the desk to take screws well.
lol at 0:12 the lights changed on beat
Did well on the back on the first unit. However you failed on the desk in my opinion. You wasted the raceway by using it in small sections and hiding portions of cords. You would've been better off using adhesive cable clamps of some sort and saving the remaining raceway for any further cable management projects using it as one continuous piece. Really like the first unit though.
Where did u buy the desk from mate
The desk drawers are called alex and are from IKEA and top of the desk is oak worktop. Check out this video where I show it being put together.
ua-cam.com/video/QPHSOdFiJYA/v-deo.html
Where did you buy the tv bench?
The ducts look far too small, as do the access holes. I would bet the snap on covers are sitting on the floor somewhere and the cables are escaping from their tiny prison. How does this look a year later?
A year on all is good still going strong not broken.
@@GeekStreet That's good to hear, though I am surprised; I underestimated its utility.
Beware at 1.45 werewolf
It still look messy. Someone should invent a connecting box to hook up all cables and connection. Ta
Thanks for the comment interesting idea.

What was the point of cutting the middle section if you was just going to add more underneath it? Poor planning. You should have spent a few days on drawing it out. I think it would have helped.
Nope! That drives me crazy. Do not run power cables with audio/video/data cables in the same trough. All you're doing is introducing interference in the signal path.
Yes, I was surprised he did that when putting in a new solution as there was plenty of room for separation. Most people don't know you shouldn't do that. On a short enough run though I suppose it doesn't matter, so what it you increase packet retries by

Why lol

This looks awful.
