Cool, mine is not spraying water. I clean everything, the tiny plastic that block the water is not braked like others soo I think the water pump can be the responsible. Awesome video I will try to disassembly it tomorrow.
@@MauricioRamirez76 I bought mine directly from shark and filed a warranty claim. They did a video call with me to see what it was doing. Mine was not spraying water and the mop pad was not moving back and forth so I packed it back up in the box and sent it to them with a prepaid shipping label that they gave me. I should have a brand new one coming.
Be careful in removing the battery!! If you flex the posts too much when disconnecting the battery, they may develop cracks in the solder joints. I had to resolder the joints on the main board to get it to see the battery.
I had to do a teardown on my robot to replace wheel wiring, and when putting it together, a piece fell out. I am still determining what it is and where it goes. I can not attach a picture here, but it is over 2 inches long and seems to be some kind of weight. Can you please help me?
Mine keeps saying the fluid reservoir is empty even though it’s full. Already did a factory reset and have tried cleaning the nozzles and connection points….help!
TY for the teardown vid! Did you ever end up removing the springs on the pcb assembly? 5:37 I believe they are causing my vac to throw error 6 - making sure the bumper moves freely. I can't seem to resolve it even though bumper is working as it should.
Thank you for the video. Is there any possible way to perform a full reset? My device received an update and is now unusable because it cannot boot up. Shark wants me to send it in, but I bought it used and don’t have a receipt. I want to reset it to factory settings.
Awesome teardown!

Good luck!
Mine is not spraying water either. How did you fix it? Warranty claim?
@@tmg24 Sadly, I can't claim warranty outside the USA. I'm trying to find the water pump in some Chinese markets to test it

@@tmg24 dude it's pretty nice you will receive a new one, I think I will lose money with this robot 💸
Can you do the eureka ner e10s teardown?
Awesome, appreciate you. This helped me take mine apart to clean its guts.

What screwdriver is could use?
What size drill bit are you using?
This was a while ago now, so I do not fully remember but I do recall using a handful of different Torx bits, and a Phillips driver as well.
Useless
What screwdriver do I need?

well if it can't boot up it might be a corruption in the robot's software... Maybe Shark included a rescue mode, don't know further
