You pretty much hit the nail on the head describing the plethora of issues in my 2007 Chrysler Aspen (4.7L Ffv/ rwd). I guess I need to find where the iod is!
My 2007 Dodge ram 1500, was throwing my original key code out and cause it not to stay on at idle. It would turn on and then the (security dot) on the instrument cluster will come on and cause the vehicle to turn off. I thought it was the chip key was bad and had a lock smith cut and program a new key and still the same thing, it will shut off.... I just disconnected the IOD fuse for like 30 seconds and my truck crank on and stayed on. Thanks for the help...

So exactly which of the eight fuses you kept switching between is the IOD fuse?

My IOD fuse is good. When it's plugged in, the btry gets drained after a few days of not running my 1998 Ram. What could it mean?

fuse not blown but still having a battery drain with fuse in at .572MA
What would cause this fuse to keep blowing out? Replace it, then it blows out, replace it, it blows out.
There's a short somewhere. A positive line is touching the frame or part of an exposed negative line.
Have a short when I pull the iod fuse my test light goes out
did you ever find the cause, and where was it?
Ok so where is the iod fuse
The video jumping around is not helpful. Sorry it's extremely irritating
