Thanks for 6k subscribers Beautiful people!
Here are some Q&A's that would be helpful.
Q: What brand of red velvet colour did you use?
A: Excellent blend (if you are in Nigeria.)
Q: Is the red velvet food colour powdered or liquid?
    A: Powdered.
Q: Can I cover this Cake with Fondant?
A: Yes but pair with other flavours.
Q: If I am using liquid red food colour, what quantity should I use?
A: I am not very sure as this depends on how effective the brand is.
Q: What is the shelf life of the Cake?
    A: Yet to confirm.
Q: Can any brand of coffee be used?
A: A good one would suffice.
Q: What brand of Cocoa powder is this?
A: Rostaar (if you are in Nigeria.)
Q: How do I make buttermilk?
A: 4 and half tablespoons powdered milk + 175ml water + 1 tablespoon white vinegar
    Or
1 cup milk + 1 tablespoon white vinegar
    Q: Can yoghurt be used?
A: I don't have an idea of what result you will get and the quantity but you can give it a shot.
    Q: Type of flour?
    A: All-purpose flour
    Thanks people!❤️

@Oluchi, thank you so much for all your tips. It is such a privilege to stumbled on site. Please want to ask a question based on the red velvet ingredients listed on your page. If I have to increase my flour to 3cups what measurements will be suitable for the baking soda and powder? Will one spoon be ok for each. Kindly advice me. Thank you

      Hello Oluwatosin, you're most welcome.
      Happy to have you here
You'd split what the recipe currently states for them in half. So please check and divide in half. However to be safe and avoid any baking fails, it's best to just double the recipe.

I tried this recipe the first time and I thought you added the baking soda and baking powder into the red velvet mixture. I didn’t really know till I added hot water into it then I knew I had done something wrong because the result wasn’t like yours but I still went ahead and with the baking process and the result was very terrible.
