Mate you’ve just saved me a monster headache 😂😂.. my 80 is on 33’s & want to fit 37’s & add a snorkel, super happy you’ve worked it out for me 😀
You’re an absolute legend massive thanks 🙏..

Hahah love to hear it man! With less aggressive offset wheels it wouldn’t require near as much cutting which is something to note!

Interesting to see how the bumpstop is using the infill setting when 3d printing to have some squish. I wonder what filament they are using. Can't be pla.

I'm interested to know the filament as well. I wonder if it is TPU, or similar to TPU

Great episode Buddy, was wondering how you were gonna fit 37s! But voila🎉. Agreed, the ally snorkel fits the 80 nicely. Quite the pile of dirt under that Toyota 😂😂

Haha they fit well now! This thing is an unlimited supply of dirt. The moment a hammer or any vibrations hit this truck it falls like rain haha

Great video, I doubt I will ever go to 37s on my HDJ81 (maybe 33s 😆) but still, great work. Thank you for posting. I really want a Radius snorkel as well, probably get their air box as well.

Did you have to machine the bore of the rim ?, with the RRW you have to , they have a lip , I wonder if you had to with yours , are those method?.. thanks again.

They are the method 106 beadlocks! I ordered them directly from method they asked which vehicle they were going on and it appeared they machined them to fit for me.

Just so the the rest of you know you don’t need to cut your fenders to make 37”s fit in a 2.5 ome. This is just one persons approach.
By getting the correct offset you will only and only need to trim out the inner fender. I have run the same set up for years with no issues.

You've gone overboard with the snorkel fitment . ( went too deep ) that's why your air box didn't line directly straight up. Nice work but mate
