@@zainjaffery3606 there's plenty of dessert out there no reason to pay millions for that particular patch.
Ones they said the coast line is limited and built islands, now it's unnessary. Projects are being built in the middle of nowhere. Soon there will be an over supply. Wait 5 years you'll see.

It's good , but when there is opportunity in areas like discovery, furjan and jvc. Isn't it better ? Nshama being a bit far off.
Villas / townhouses a bit far off is fine . Because priority for families are community and peace.
Apartment location has to be closer to the city and amenities like malls , metro , beach , downtown. Accessibility is key.

@@prasaddhuri8598Yes- Good to start with the studio if your budget is for studio and you want to buy for ROi purpose, then the studio is better option, the tourists in Dubai, they prefer to stay in studios. The short term rental in Dubai is much better as compared to annual rent.
But the location matters a lot, if you’re looking for ROI purpose, there is various upcoming projects in business bay which is just near to downtown Dubai, which is actually tourists hub.
