Hey brotha ! How do you choose your head gasket? between the different options of thickness?

Im no expert on head gaskets but i went with a slightly bigger one 86mm because i had my block bored bigger for the pistons.

The thickness of the gasket itself? I was under the impression that the 86mm bore was to leave a 1mm overlay between the block and the head
And is the f20b cast iron SLEEVES? I thought the f20b was completely made of cast iron but my block is aluminum
Are the cylinders also lined with FRM liner like the h22?

The head im not sure but the stock block is only good for about 350 10lbs reliably. Never had issues with the head
