I would of never thought an R1 could hang with a a modded H2 with an arm in a roll race, nicely done. That rider mod is serious, but you set that R1 up right. Righteous

His ability to get on any bike, learn the launch,controls,suspension and adjust accordingly no matter from 150-800+ HP is AMAZING. It's the INITIAL HIT ( accelerating as hard as possible keeping the front down while modulating clutch-throttle better than anyone) ..Put #ChrisMoore on that same H2, and the H2 rider on the R1, I GUARANTEE #ChrisMoore will GAP the R1 Ridiculously wide.......

I know that ninja h2 & h2r are something but i would choose R1M over any 4 cylinder bike any day any time because the exotic sound of that Yamaha crossplane is something else man and the reliability of Yamaha bikes is way way better and don't forget the track performance also .💞

I'd like to see the turbo 2023 busa race the h2. That r1m definitely surprised me considering both are liter bikes and the h2 being supercharged. I'm totally hooked on watching these videos.
it's not much of a surprise, the H2 has more power, but it's heavier, the rider is heavy too, R1 or those 1000cc bikes, the guys take a lot of weight, on the wheels, fairings etc, the bike is very light and ends up compensating for the extra power that the H2 has, with less weight to be able to compete the half mile, put carbon fiber in the H2's fairings, remove the headlights, remove 1 front brake disc and put a lighter pilot, and you will see these 260 WHp from the h2 make total difference
The Turbo Hayabusa will fucking smoke that Kawasaki, it will disappear out of its life 😂
@@flamintasty hahaha, obviously, 260 whp X 600 whp, only those who don't understand power would say that a 260 whp bike would be able to beat a 600 whp hayabusa, how silly.
Chris Moore has run high 5 second quarter mile, and he's said the Hyperbusa has scared him. If that says anything about how roll racing would go.
I'd say the turbo Busa would fly past 200 mph about the same rate as these 1L bikes fly past 100 mph.
A car comparison? I've seen stretched 400+ whp turbo Hayabusa's running against 1800 wheel HP turbo Lambos and basically being neck and neck. Add another 200 horsepower to the Hayabusa, you'd be looking at probably 3000 horsepower Lambo to keep up.

Add lightness, and use all of the horsepower. People talk about 260 horsepower H2's but do they consider you can't actually put all that power to the pavement and translate that to forward thrust, in every gear? That's where a proper chassis setup works, it allows you to use ALL of the power you're making, in every gear. This modified R1M is probably less than 400 pounds, making near 200 horsepower. Modified H2 is a lot heavier, makes more drag at speed, probably can't put all the power down until high gear (reduced torque at the wheel).

Something that always gets me with the r1 (even stock wb) is how the front wheel stays down.
Even on stock tune the s1000rr I had and the gsxr 1000r both cannot stay on the ground till more than halfway through 3rd. It's throttle control the whole way with them...
I've watched a lot of r1 roll race vids and countless times I've just watched someone give it full throttle starting in 1st and it doesn't spin and you don't see the guys hand constantly modulating the throttle to keep the front down. It just goes.
Chris's setup is on point too though, hmm did you program ETV % per gear to help with that? 😉
Bro you got the Yammy RUNNIN! I just paid for a reflash. You will be receiving my ECU shortly ! I’m riding a 20’ R1 and I’ve never ran an h2 but I do know it’s no slouch. I’ve beaten almost everything I’ve ran with so far . Need reflash, ceramic wheel bearings and a new chain and sprocket setup.
