this is the first dude I found on whole wide youtube, who makes high-quality-homemade-stuff like this. way to many people out there post their poorly assembled tank-to-ballvalve-to-barrel guns as a tutorial. Now this is something I could work with. After I got how it works, I built a mechanism like this and finally got it to work. 'Can't thank you enough!

I have a question for you; how did you connect the 6mm barrel to the T-piece? I'm asking this because the inner diameter of the T-piece is a lot larger then the outer diameter of the barrel.

But for the small piston with no o'ring , you don't have a sealing problem ?
yeah i know , i´ve seen all your videos about it , but one of them , you use a spring for push the bb´s into the mechanism , and in your first bb machine gun i think you have used the gravity to make the bb´s fall into the mechanism , its correct ?
Man, let me ask you a question about that valve you show from ebay. When I release the pressure on P port, will the valve discharge all the pressure of the chamber connected on A port to the R exhaust?
What if I use a 2/3 push button valve with the common way connected to P port, normal way connected to the chamber and second position vented to atmosphere? When I press button, the chamber start to exhaust. When I release the button and the P port connect to chamber again, will the piston close the R exhaust or not?
Sorry for any mistake, I dont use to write in english.

i made QEV with a hot glue piston , it works well with pressure under 6 bars ,
but whe i go to higher the valve begin to open slowly , i dont know why , can you help me ?

Is it possible to use bike pumpers with a qev?
I just used everything that was there, only reconnected 2 wires that were cut when removing the compressor for the fridge.
you said that the air has to come from the pilot into the chamber on the qev you bought on ebay. is it also possible to turn it around and mount the paintball tank to the chamber port?
There works the same way. Yes the first one use gravity feed.
should you use a light plastic like cup for the piston?
yes, but pcps uses very high pressures, hard to find one for these pressures.
no, unless you drill a tiny hole on the piston "wing"

salut ! had you had problems like when you press to shoot the gun moves so never hit the target ever the middle ? or is it happens to me cuz i use 10 mm ammo and it moves more than 6 mm ammo. i hit 10-30 cm arround the target (a 5 cm circle) by 25 m away.

Make the barrel longer and 0.5 mm wider than the ammo the ammo should freely glide through the barrel but must just fit in the barrel.

hey man iv made a qev but the piston wont come back iv tried all different springs but it still wont work what do i do ?

500 psi it's the highest I ever heard, I only use it at 300.
Anything from 50 psi but then it wont shoot very far. More psi the more accurate and further the gun will shoot. Also the longer the barrel the faster and further the bullet will travel.
can you make a vid (or at least tell me what they are called) of how to make a valve for a pistol that has two openings - one to the chamber in the handle and one to the base of the barrel (so the two holes would be 90 degrees from each other. I also want it to stay open (and let ALL the air out) and it should do it abruptly (not gradually like a ball valve)
Quick Exhaust Valve? That's what you're seeing here. unless you repressurize the pilot enough to (when combined with a return spring) overcome the remaining pressure in the tank, the valve won't close until the tank's empty and a fresh one is installed (repressurizing the chamber). The trigger actuates the prime valve, which depressurizes the chamber, and "explosively" opens the main valve, allowing the air to flood into the bore.

U should use ur both hand n explain slowly carefully. U can put ur hp@camera static n then shoot@zoom to ur subject. I'm sory..I feel confius n hard to understand. Btw tq 4 ur information.

Please take this as a helpful suggestion to all "How to" vids. Most American people have trouble understanding people who speak English as a second language. Even people who speak English exclusively have regional accents that are difficult for the average 'merican to understand...Americans being stupid in general is usually the problem. Try showing each step separately with large font text explanations. allow each step a 10 or 20 second pause after showing vid then text. This allows viewers time to pause and take detailed notes without trying to figure out what that third word was or listening to someone stutter and say "UMMM" between each breath. Personally, I feel the method shown just has too many ways to fail, overly complicated design is overly complicated, even when it is popular. Think: Gyro jet. The rocket powered pistol. The answer to the question nobody asks is generally no answer at all. A bigass H.P. tank w/ electric solenoid valve should give several cycles per second I.E. semi-auto fire, without routing air south to send a projectile north. Only one moving part to fail if gravity fed projectiles. Feel free to tell me where I went wrong. Just try to be original if you're going to be insulting.

Over 300 million of them bro, I highly doubt you saw a suitable sample size. Also, if you travel to many countries (not stay for a day, I mean actually get a feel for the nation) you would know that humans are just generally idiots. When it comes to intelligence, Americans have a broader range than most countries, I'd say we have some of the stupidest people on the planet here, but also some of the smartest. It all depends on where you go.
