    This machine is the future. I can imagine me swimming every morning or evening maybe up to 1km, I don't need to change my clothes to go to the bus, sit there until I get to the pool, take a bath before and after swimming, again put off and on clothes before and after swimming, taking a bus once again, I mean, this is amazing.

    Your video number # 33 is outstanding. The whole method became very easy to understand .I l am looking forward for the next video. ONE QUESTION;
    DO YOU HOLD YOUR BREATH AFTER CLOSING YOUR MOUTH BEFORE TURNING TO BREATHE???

    Adam, could you comment on arm/kick synchronization ? On this video it looks like you kick right before same side arm is ready to pull

    • @adamwalker32
      @adamwalker32  2 роки тому +2

      Yes that’s correct. The kick helps me get on to my side before I pull. This way I pull on my side.

    Hello! In the video of 5 tips to swim faster (or something similar) you said left foot at the same time as left arm, but here you are kicking crossed. Which one is faster? Thanks

    • @adamwalker32
      @adamwalker32  Рік тому +1

      Here I do the same thing you may have misunderstood me. Roll, left kick followed by left pull or roll right kick followed by right pull

      @@adamwalker32 yes, understood. cross hand when enters and same hand when pulling

    We need to see you swim a length of a pool to see if it is really that fast. The fastest I ever got with this style of stroke is 2.00 per 100 but I am exhausted after that

    • @adamwalker32
      @adamwalker32  2 роки тому +4

      The stroke is very effortless if your tired you won’t be doing it right. Where did you learn the stroke as I haven’t taught you in person? I broke British record with the stroke swimming from Spain to Morocco

      Same like me the fastest I’ve got so far is 2mins+ per 100m
