Hello brother. I Got some tips.
You got beautiful head and spinning kicks.
You kicks to the body and legs need work. You kick the same to the head as you do with the body and legs. It is okay to 'slap' with a head kick because speed is more important. However, with your body kicks you aren't producing enough power. Easy fix
When you kick the bag (or person), imagine you are kicking through it. Mentally you should target either through the bag, or right in the middle or spine of the bag.
This is how it should feel mentally and imagining kicking through the bag will change how you kick physically. Your hip should turn over more as you kick and your knee should be slightly past your target before you swing your leg out.
I have some more tips but I don't want to overload you with info so please try this first and I'll tell you in your new uploads if I see something 👍

you must do that VERY sparingly bro. his skill improves almost the same when doing light sparring but without the damage.
Have you thought of a nickname for when you make your debut? Also when do you plan on making your debut? I hope you really take your time with it or start off in a smaller promotion at first.

Your bag work is kinda ok, your leg kicks and head kicks need work but you flow pretty well.
Your sparring isn't good. It seemed both you and your partner were scared to hit each other. I'd recommend contact drills while moving.
ie. Jab jab cross leg kick, check kick. You do it to him then he does it to you. Try and cut an angle while you do it and slip his jabs. That's how you really improve, by actually hitting and getting hit from another person.
hey bro im from israel and if you look for mma gyms there are alot of great gym like moshik-box and x-arts both won nationals , also for cardio for any martial art you need way more then basketball especially mma :
if you are a striker try to train with pads while having high guard for shoulder edurance - do sprints - jump rope for long time - shadow box - and jumping distance with no break - me personally i do 4km run with hill sprint at the end and 40minute to 1 hour jump rope white increasing the intensity , also something i do and even the best of the best fighters do is technuiqe focus training take 10-15 minutes of your day to go over technuiqes and even simple combinations and stance , if you want and you are a grappler or want to get better at it roll with a friend for long time and do everything slowly trying to find openings. bat yam , rishon letzion and holon got great muay thai and mma gym as far as i know their are many more great gyms , hope for you the best i really hope you take some of the tip.
