Hello, I really love your routines, they are very intense and very good, but now I am 48 years old and I would appreciate it if you can do routines no squatting/no jumping. I have a bad knee and ankle. Many people have joint problems, and after doing a leg routine we are left with pain in the knees. We would love to see cardio-aerobics hiit routines on your channelconstantly moving, they are very good and also work the whole body without causing injuries. Thank you for your work and dedication, thank you for reading me.
