Thank you for giving us this non-jumping cardio, ideal for all of us who live in apartments and don't want to disturb our neighbors with noise and jumping. No jumping does not mean low intensity, they are exercises where many calories are burned, the whole body is worked, they are very effective for losing weight and toning up. I love that even if you find a circuit tough (I’m talking to you circuits 8 and 9) you know you can do anything for 20 seconds and you’re only repeating it twice. The time whizzed by and I feel AMAZING - I think this one is my favourite......and you know I LOVE them all 🥰

Amazing amazing workout 🔥🔥. This was perfect because I've been dealing with a minor lower back issue and one side of my back hurts a little when I do certain jumping moves. I spend a lot of my days in a place with limited space, no equipment and floors that shake and squeak when you jump on the first floor. I'll admit - I love higher intensity workouts and didn't think this one would do much for me. Boy was I wrong. I did a higher intensity version of most of these moves (walking burpees to regular burpees, jumping jacks vs tap jacks) and I was sweating the entire time! Another solid workout by Lindsey 👏🙌♥️
