    Thank you for giving us this non-jumping cardio, ideal for all of us who live in apartments and don't want to disturb our neighbors with noise and jumping. No jumping does not mean low intensity, they are exercises where many calories are burned, the whole body is worked, they are very effective for losing weight and toning up. Thanks for doing these routines, we look forward to more videos of cardio not jumping. Thank you.

    I forgot how good this one is. I remember when I first did this workout and how I struggled through some of the moves. Now several years later I can do them with more ease. I owe this to your strength training workout. Strength training has changed the game for me. Thank you for providing fun and free workouts.

    This one needs to be added to the holy stinking bananas playlist. Absolutely loved it. Added plyo to some moves to increase the intensity. Only 2 rounds vs 4 made the workout fly by. Will definitely add this to my “on the road” workout list. ❤❤

    You've helped me fall in love with working out! My work outs usually like... I don't know how to explain it but every other day I do one of your work outs the other days I do something easier. Today was supposed to be an easy day but I was like you know what I'm going to do a hard one today.

    Love love love this workout! I love the format, the speed and the intensity.... I can’t believe I didn’t lift a weight or jump once and yet I am sweating and breathing like I just ran 10k 😅
    I love that even if you find a circuit tough (I’m talking to you circuits 8 and 9) you know you can do anything for 20 seconds and you’re only repeating it twice. The time whizzed by and I feel AMAZING - I think this one is my favourite......and you know I LOVE them all 🥰

    Do you have any suggestions for wrist support/modifications on exercises where you “walk” on your hands? I use dumbbells for pushups and planks. But when you crawl out I’m not sure how to modify?

      Using a towel under your wrist is help to take the pressure off your wrists!

    Love, love, love this style of workout. Fast, high intensity and low impact. After years of high impact, my knees no longer can take take the ponding. This workout was awesome! You are awesome. You’re right- anyone can do 20 seconds of work. Keep these coming!

    Another favourite video from you! Love your no-bullshit, well-balanced, positive energy workout videos. I spend a lot of my days in a place with limited space, no equipment and floors that shake and squeak when you jump on the first floor. That's why I highly value a good no jumping no equipment routine.

    I'll admit - I love higher intensity workouts and didn't think this one would do much for me. Boy was I wrong. I did a higher intensity version of most of these moves (walking burpees to regular burpees, jumping jacks vs tap jacks) and I was sweating the entire time! Another solid workout by Lindsey 👏🙌♥️
