Love love love this workout! I love the format, the speed and the intensity.... I can’t believe I didn’t lift a weight or jump once and yet I am sweating and breathing like I just ran 10k 😅 I love that even if you find a circuit tough (I’m talking to you circuits 8 and 9) you know you can do anything for 20 seconds and you’re only repeating it twice. The time whizzed by and I feel AMAZING - I think this one is my favourite......and you know I LOVE them all 🥰

Do you have any suggestions for wrist support/modifications on exercises where you “walk” on your hands? I use dumbbells for pushups and planks. But when you crawl out I’m not sure how to modify?

I'll admit - I love higher intensity workouts and didn't think this one would do much for me. Boy was I wrong. I did a higher intensity version of most of these moves (walking burpees to regular burpees, jumping jacks vs tap jacks) and I was sweating the entire time! Another solid workout by Lindsey 👏🙌♥️
