Battery on the Z06 I think is a bit too small, that paired with un-insulated LT headers, a bored and stroked LS7 and a hot day even with a brand new GM starter is barely starts. Cold it starts fine. Alternator was replaced with a chinese oreillys one. They never last or can handle to RPMs of the LS7. Got a mechman or OEM GM alt and they do fine.
Yea bro this car has been the weirdest with the electrical stuff, hopefully the power master starter and 170 amp alt from mechman will officially do the job

Grabbed a power master starter and mechman alt.. hopefully it’ll fix the service electrical system issue…
